@tescomobile your customer service is appalling. You promise double data deals with Clubcard Plus but don't deliver. Shocking

@porcinesludge @dazzypops @tescomobile £20 PAYG with Superdrug Mobile. Unlimited everything. They use Three network, its not the best but for 20 quid and a non contract I can't really complain!

@tescomobile We've been with @tescomobile for a while now but thinking we'll change. Terrible coverage where we are and no better in three years!

@KatiesDisorder @tescomobile EE are horrific. I moved to an area that was said to have great signal. They had knocked down a mast, so I could make calls or receive texts by walking to the end of my street. Numerous signal boosting boxing offered but never arrived. Left paying for a phone I couldn't use.

@tescomobile Yeah but to be fair with @EE I actually get signal, I’d rather pay more for a phone I can use!

@tescomobile @ThreeUK allowed my number to be fraudulently ported out despite me calling on receipt of a pac code I didn’t ask for. Customer service was shocking and complaint process even worse. On the plus side I’m off to another provider in May.

@tescomobile You should be sorry for the fools you hire in your stores in the larger tesco stores, customer service is better in Guantanamo

@dazzypops @tescomobile I think the point is that you signed a contract to pay that price for the duration. It’s BS that this is even allowed. It’s like having a contract to buy a car for £30k that says they can ask for more later. It’s stupid. Inflation, etc. should be built into the price advertised.

@tescomobile @VodafoneUK messing up my contract, misspelling my name and saying it’s fine and no offers given to customer who’ve been with them for a significant amount of years.
