@tescomobile Was a customer of yours for years but had to leave because your overseas data offering was shocking/non-existent. @ThreeUK are excellent able to use phone as if at home in most worldwide countries. You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

@tescomobile Hi got a sim to put in a tracker as my mom is a wanderer & gets lost. All ok but I can’t set account online as sms sent to number & no way to read on tracker. Is there a solution?

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@tescomobile I know where to find the information but that doesn’t resolve the fact there has been a mast problem for over a month and it’s still not fixed. I don’t want information I want it fixing.

@tescomobile Any idea when? I am going away tomorrow and need to get some travel docs that need to send verification codes (to the number I want to keep which has been deactivated by the old network) can’t travel if I don’t have them
