    @tescomobile Was a customer of yours for years but had to leave because your overseas data offering was shocking/non-existent. @ThreeUK are excellent able to use phone as if at home in most worldwide countries. You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

    @tescomobile Hi got a sim to put in a tracker as my mom is a wanderer & gets lost. All ok but I can’t set account online as sms sent to number & no way to read on tracker. Is there a solution?

    @tescomobile fully had me in the neck. How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. True, every little helps....their bank balance not mine. 🍻

    @tescomobile advice would be to avoid tesco...and any of their offers...I recently purchased a phone to come with free ear buds...guess what no ear buds and pretty much told sorry nothing we can do...I have tried several times to contact customer service

    @tescomobile i normally pay around the 20th, because thats then i get UC, ill try calling in the morning and explaining properly and the fact iove been with you for more than 5 years and this is one of the very few times iive had problems. your website your responsibility

    @tescomobile Yes. It took two payments in the same twenty four hours right after being set up with a primary starting amount. It didn't help that I'm using Rocket Packs so just wanted the extra credit for the unforeseen... Have now disabled auto-top-up.

    @tescomobile so you are making impossible for people to leave your company.... hiding the ability to do it online. I like to do stuff online so I don't have to speak to the poor sods caged in your service centres

    @tescomobile Despite using the on-line tool and two lengthy phone calls to customer services to unlock a phone, still awaiting the code to remove the restriction on the device for any other network's SIM. Getting on for 14 days, now.

    @tescomobile, Ive had 2 lengthy webchats and made a complaint (it was closed before being resolved) with you about the fact I have really bad signal at my new house. I have 4 contracts with you and really need you to help me out here! What can I do other than rubbing my SIM card?
