How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. Lebara confirmed the number is with you, but my Tesco SIM won't activate. Your customer service has been zero help and keeps cutting me off. I am losing clients and money every single day because of this mismanagement. jason mcneilly (@jaymcneilly) reported@tescomobile seems to be saying its fine but its not. 30mile journey from one town to another and getting terrible to no signal the whole journey. when it is showing 5g and 2-4 bars Internet still not loading. also zero bars on phone signal.
