You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. This is essential for businesses, and something I've literally never come across not being available on any phone plan. Shocking.

Down 47.99 and no phone. Customer services just didn’t care. Reporting appropriately!

I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.

I'm not happy and will seek compensation. How do we resolve this. This is an issue with YOUR updates, and frankly, I'm getting enoyed.
