    @tescomobile Hi got a sim to put in a tracker as my mom is a wanderer & gets lost. All ok but I can’t set account online as sms sent to number & no way to read on tracker. Is there a solution?

    @conor_pope I have been very pleasantly surprised by the service @tescomobile Both in person and online Courteous, helpful and generous with their time Lousy service is encultured in a lot of mobile phone and internet providers. For me, this was the exception that proved the rule

    @tescomobile I will not hide behind DM. I wish to show, PUBLICLY, how non-existent Tesco Mobile customer service is, and how the staff are resentful of having to deal with PEOPLE.

    @tescomobile Can you help pls? Recently upgraded one of my SIM contracts and received a code to double up the data on it using Clubcard Plus. Had trouble using code & it didn’t upgrade and now says code used so I’m stuck!! #Help 🙏🏻

    @tescomobile Quite possibly the worst marketing campaign going! Basic rule of sales - dont **** off your competition! Stinks of desperation imo

    @tescomobile Thank you. I'll try that. The problem of patchy to non-existent service has been going on for at least a month. Also, anecdotally, with O2* elsewhere in inner SE London. *I'm aware that it's an O2 issue.
