  • Natnotanumber Natasha (@Natnotanumber) reported from Birmingham, England

@tescomobile fully had me in the neck. How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. True, every little helps....their bank balance not mine. 🍻

just spent an hour trying to get a new phone before the next day delivery deadline from @tescomobile but their website is entirely broken :D Doesn't list products on the product page, won't let me add anything to the basket. This is a website from a huge company lol.

  • kwithbface K ⛈ (@kwithbface) reported from Abram, England

@tescomobile are you having problems with your network. I’ve had no signal all day so can only do anything via WiFi

  • MarcusManley8 Marcus Manley (@MarcusManley8) reported

@tescomobile Can you request that the capacity gets raised due to the issues i am experiencing? If enough people request eventually something will happen

  • MasterKC5 Master_KC (@MasterKC5) reported

@clewsyworld @tescomobile @O2 Don’t get too excited Marc. They always treat you well when you first join. I have been with O2 for a decade now. But currently have no reception for 2 days and I can’t get through to customer service. I have no choice but to cancel my contract

  • Kelly__1993 Kelly (Taylor’s Version) (@Kelly__1993) reported

@tescomobile I do have a contract with you and no direct debit set up, as I have explained six times that I get paid four weekly yet you’re continuing to take money out of my account without my permission. I want to file a complaint now, because clearly you’re not listening to me

  • Telshieldtoad TezTheShieldToad #FBPE #FBPPR💙 (@Telshieldtoad) reported

@tescomobile our 3 phones are on a contract in the wifes name. Sadly she recently passed away. Think it would be easy to move payment details to my name? Nope! Apparently all 3 need to move to PAYG for 24 hours and then a new contract can be issued in my name! Call this service?

  • Telshieldtoad TezTheShieldToad #FBPE #FBPPR💙 (@Telshieldtoad) reported

@tescomobile contract for our 3*phones is with the wife. Recently she passed away. Thought it would be easy to change the payment details to myself but oh no! All three phones have to move to PAYG for 24 hours and then I can take out a new contract. Come on, call this service?

  • Telshieldtoad TezTheShieldToad #FBPE #FBPPR💙 (@Telshieldtoad) reported

@tescomobile I understand that the old account needs to close, where I struggle is around why it can't flip to a new account in my name rather than go through PAYG step before a new contract can start. It's distressing enough without worrying about losing service.

  • MarcusManley8 Marcus Manley (@MarcusManley8) reported

@tescomobile I am near a mini tesco store aswell so maybe a mast or booster could be put on there roof? It would close the lack of signal strength gap in the area
