Trying to sort my Dads phone who is dying in hospital. doesn’t not know his security question and asked me to sort. No one will help without the security answer or escalate the problem. Now can’t speak to his family.

This provider doesn't even have WiFi calling (which I didn't know when I signed up to them) thankfully I use WhatsApp so can make calls to certain people. But still it's getting ridiculous! 2+ years of the contract left with them too 😖😖

Furious because today I had a really urgent important call with a Senior Dr, line was terrible, and dropped off 4 times. There is allegedly nothing that can be done to help and I'm locked into my contract!

Rodney Isemann (@isemann) reported@tescomobile Hi, been with you a number of years. Recently upgraded but there was soap (yes. soap!!) in the box you sent me instead of my phone. Customer Service on the phone says I need to wait 5 days to hear from you at all! Is that correct? Seems bad to me.

Outside and around my house I have perfect signal... But nothing in my house. And wifi calling feature doesn't work cause it says it needs to verify me on the cell network...
