During a complaint with @tescomobile, they handed over all my personal information included security questions and answers to the Ombudsman. This breach of #GDPR will cost them dearly. I've just finalized a county court filing to recover the damages.

@tescomobile fully had me in the neck. How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. True, every little helps....their bank balance not mine. 🍻

@tescomobile Hi got a sim to put in a tracker as my mom is a wanderer & gets lost. All ok but I can’t set account online as sms sent to number & no way to read on tracker. Is there a solution?

@BigTallTweets1 @tescomobile I just think they are all taking advantage Mark it’s doing my head in! The service charge on my flat was being increased by £90 a month! I went through the accounts and they were incorrect and I got it reduced by £30 but it’s still crazy xx

Apparently it is OK that @tescomobile keeps customers without service since January & into March then fob them off with a standard mass text response. Still collecting payments too. No compensation from a company which predicts profits of 2.5 billion this year. #VeryLittleHelp
