Gem (@gemmax22) reported@alexjk117 @tescomobile Had the same issue. Other providers let you change tariff and still continue with the contract. For this reason, I won’t be coming back to tesco. I’m now stuck paying £50 a month for a plan with an add on that they give other customers for £20 less per month.

anthonymancs (@anthonymancs) reported@tescomobile The problem is when you look at comparison sites TESCO mobile is not the cheapest for the consumer and often far more expensive. SMARTY, LEBRARA and dare I mention it ASDA MOBILE are far much cheaper to the pocket than Tesco

It was also written in the contract I signed for my phone. Bad mouthing other phone companies on a whole is a very shoddy way of doing business fyi.
