How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. This is a truly awful service and nobody seems to know what’s going on. It’s never been this difficult with other providers!

I’ve done 12 messages/emails/calls and an in store visit. Each time being told it will be sorted out. Still have n my account. Pathetic service.
