@tescomobile my 84 year old mother has been trying all day to increase her tariff so she doesnt get charged for going over!! I cant go round to help her & she either gets cut off or put on hold for half an hour!! #help

@tescomobile Yes although O2 map always shows good service, masts are often reported as out & don’t seem to be replaced. Affecting quite a wide area in south London. Given up on waiting for it to be fixed

@tescomobile why don’t you support Apple Watch when you are on the O2 network? You sold me an iPhone but never warned me my Apple Watch wasn’t supported. That’s a £500 mistake on my part that wasn’t pointed out by you or the watch retailer. People beware!!!

@tescomobile my phone has no network coverage currently so only works when connected to WiFi. There appears to be no issues with the service in the area, can you help please?

@tescomobile Thanks Rob. I'm slightly baffled then. Father-in-law added £10 in Dec. She hardly uses phone except going to eye hospital. She tried to make a call to be picked up from hospital and had no credit. She does not use any apps. She has sight problems so phone is important.
