Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.
