    @tescomobile I upgraded one of our phones and was given free 6mth tesco clubcard+ and double data, I’ve been trying to get this activated and been passed from pillar to post the code has now expired!!! And I would like the benefits, please help. Wendy

    @tescomobile Wow.. this proves my point I said originally passed from pillar to post, even before the 4th July this is how it was.. just rubbish I work in CS & would never treat a customer like this shame on you Tesco!

    @hypnotistchris @tescomobile @DailyMailUK @GMB @Daily_Express @Telegraph @piersmorgan I've had the same with EE. I was assured we could cancel anytime with similar only. Didn't few years ago and was ok. Now they want 12 months paying. It's all a con... 😡

    During a complaint with @tescomobile, they handed over all my personal information included security questions and answers to the Ombudsman. This breach of #GDPR will cost them dearly. I've just finalized a county court filing to recover the damages.

    @tescomobile so i recently moved house no signal whatso ever and im expected to pay a bill why? checked the coverage checker and it said I should get excellent signal but went on the O2 coverage checker to say there is a fault why don't tesco update on their end

    @tescomobile I notice it has been slow pretty much everywhere. Noticeable difference in speed in 4G when I was with EE. Tried all trouble shoot I.e. flight mode, phone restart, network setting reset. On iPhone 12. Software Up to date. My wife’s phone is the same. We moved at same time to TM

    @tescomobile used up my safety buffer because you don’t keep statements of call records and spent all my buffer trying to contact a company not a happy customer

    @tescomobile @Tesco my son has been given a phone that was registered with you. However on ur site its coming up with sim network unlock pin. Yet according to ur records its unlocked. What do I do?

    Been with @tescomobile for more than 10 yrs. Switched my phone on @ the airpt in Aus. Didn’t go online, or download anything. Charged £150! Customer services manager said only prep’d to knock £60 off. Out of contract so will simply swap providers when I get home. Unbelievable!

    @tescomobile switched to you 5 days ago and nothing but problems. First couldn’t call, finally resolved that and now can’t text or access internet off Wi-Fi. Very unhappy 😡

    Very disappointed with the @tescomobile customer service (foreign call centre) who refuse to log my complaint over the phone, thereby breaching their own complaints policy.
