@hypnotistchris @tescomobile @DailyMailUK @GMB @Daily_Express @Telegraph @piersmorgan I've had the same with EE. I was assured we could cancel anytime with similar only. Didn't few years ago and was ok. Now they want 12 months paying. It's all a con... 😡

  • Paul_Reviews
Paul Moore (@Paul_Reviews) reported from Burntwood, England

During a complaint with @tescomobile, they handed over all my personal information included security questions and answers to the Ombudsman. This breach of #GDPR will cost them dearly. I've just finalized a county court filing to recover the damages.

Lisa Clemson (@Lisastaffs2018) reported from Stafford, England

Has anyone else had any issues with @tescomobile ? My partner, a long standing existing customer, ordered a new iPhone on 19 Dec, still waiting for it! Shocking customer service in store trying to get the phone

@BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile Good heavens. That's really bad.I always buy Google as my son used to work for them for 10 years. I got a great deal when I sent my old 5 year old one back, too. EE offered me £20. Google offered me £50, but paid me £86.

Why is it I reside 12 miles North from the centre of Cardiff and have 2 sim cards in my phone on different networks but only receive a 5G and 4G signal? I travel thousands of miles to the tiny Greek island of Skiathos and receive 5G and 5G. Can someone explain why that is. I am guessing there are still insufficient 5G masts outside of Cardiff. @EE @tescomobile

    TomG (@TomG07581187) reported

@tescomobile hello, just spoken to customer services as to why a PAC code submitted last Thursday hadn't been actioned. I'm told that codes sent to 65075 aren't actioned because of an issue with your system. Is this true?

  • Homer_EFG
    K Jones (@Homer_EFG) reported

@DaveKendallPho1 @tescomobile They turned the 3G signal off which I know has caused me to lose signal in one area I used to have it.

  • craigyjones1983
    Jonesy (@craigyjones1983) reported

@tescomobile @cyclist13 Afternoon. It’s tough to estimate the signal strength AFTER I’ve left the area. I need to know why the signal in the Swansea area around the ground and 1/2 mile radius is so bad ON a match day

  • Rob_McPhee_UK
    Rob McPhee (@Rob_McPhee_UK) reported

@DaveKendallPho1 @Trebornotrub @tescomobile O2 is the answer to your question. I was with them but changed to Lebara who piggyback onto Vodafone. The signal is so much better. Text messages come through straight away. Sometimes I would have to wait for up to an hour with O2. I also pay about 70% less.

  • SBarrettBar
    Steven Barrett (@SBarrettBar) reported

Today is Day 2 of @tescomobile illegally refusing to give me my PAC Code (to keep my phone number of 25 years) It's my lawful right - it's our property They won't: - tell it on the phone - call me - text it - email it (to the account they verified) NEVER use them

  • loobylambchop
    loobylou (@loobylambchop) reported

@tescomobile if you are going to run call centers and online CS please make sure they have the info needed to help .Today I spoke to someone online who wasn't interested & told me to come back later, then by phone 1st lovely lady tried to help transferred me but cut me off

  • legalstyleblog
    Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported

Remarkably, @tescomobile have also found a brilliant loophole in contract law where they decided my response to my complaint of not being able to open an account was to, without asking if I wanted to (I don't), tell me I'd been signed to a plan. After yesterday I rather specifically never wanted to complete my order, but the idea of two parties coming to a meeting of the minds is apparently optional for Tesco Mobile.

@MatB_STFC69 @tescomobile Maybe it's an issue with them?
