After at least 5 attempts of chasing I was told complaint has now been opened after a month of trying. Then told I would get help within 5 working days … 6 working days later nothing .

random (@kaye55) reported@tescomobile absolutely rubbish customer care got phone 3 weeks go won't charge and the customer service guy was useless and was mumbling to some one else while I was on the phone said they call me in an hour now they are closed .sort this
