During a complaint with @tescomobile, they handed over all my personal information included security questions and answers to the Ombudsman. This breach of #GDPR will cost them dearly. I've just finalized a county court filing to recover the damages.

Love how @tescomobile seem to be punish victims of fraud. @tescomobile who do I need to speak to in order to get help?! He is a victim of fraud and no one is helping resolve it. He is now being threatened with bailiffs on accounts he did not open yet still required to pay for!!!

@tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?
