  During a complaint with @tescomobile, they handed over all my personal information included security questions and answers to the Ombudsman. This breach of #GDPR will cost them dearly. I've just finalized a county court filing to recover the damages.

  @tescomobile Hi, I need help with billing for this month’s payment as I couldn’t pay out on time and only just have enough funds in my bank account today. The tesco mobile app says the bill is paid but in my bank it bounced/did not come out yet.

  @HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.

  @tescomobile this is not my complaint. I can only top up multiples of £5, instead of rounding up my balance to a multiple of 5 (£15,which is the cost of the bundle i want), so my balance is virtually useless. Shameful trick by tesco.

  @tescomobile your service is absolutely terrible. We have a family bereavement. We have changed my dad’s phone to pay as you go and it’s not working and he need the phone to make all the arrangements. Your call centres are useless!

  @tescomobile What’s even worst, you have lost my old number which I had for 7 years! I am losing business every day, can’t make simple call! I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   @tescomobile - did you check that everywhere had good 4G capability before you turned off your 3G..?.. Since your 3G got turned off my new 4G phone regularly drops the signal and cuts off important calls or blocks text messages.

  @tescomobile I’ve been left completely without service since late May after trying to port my business number (07483354922) from Lebara. Lebara confirmed the number is with you, but my Tesco SIM won't activate. Your customer service has been zero help and keeps cutting me off. I am losing clients and money every single day because of this mismanagement. Please get an advanced tech team to look at this deadlock and DM me immediately to resolve this. #CustomerService #TescoMobile
