    @APhillips1962 @tescomobile My poor dad is 77 years old with no communication to family and friends, whilst Tesco keep fobbing us off, they’ve asked me for the sim card number untold times and they still haven’t managed to resolve the issue and now im being asked for it again.🙈

    @tescomobile Do you just train your staff to cut calls when they cant deal with peoples enquiries? 22 calls later my issue hasnt even fully been heard. Been trying to resolve since 23/12/2022! If you ask for a manager none are ever available! I will be exercising my rights 2 canx

    @orriss_jacky @tescomobile Had similar issues and the cheeky sods still billed me for service I couldn’t use, complained an heard nothing so given up with them gone OFCOM

    @tescomobile day 15, no PAC code and a month since I’ve had a fully working phone (I have little more than a glorified IPod) How will I be compensated for this? I’ve been a loyal customer for approx 10y and this is how I get treated?

    @DaneMillward @tescomobile Yes, it's the same rubbish they told me and that the service won't be restored until 2 February 2023. I've told them I will be claiming for loss of service and I've got to use my landline for which I get charged by Sky so they'll be covering that too.

    @tescomobile more fantastic customer service not had email saying would be contacted in 72 hrs so sat quiet, that was last Friday it’s Thursday now no call back yet again. Think they need to be taught maths.##pathetictesco
