    @tescomobile @TrussellTrust Connection is very important! But despite over 9 months of problems with a nearby mast, peoviding 3G at best, friends and family unable to contact me and my daughter by phone in my own home, complaints over the last few months still no refund and no way of moving forward.

    Pathetic company breaking the agreement. I had bought a mobile in black friday deal on clubcard and now they have sent me a bill with additional payments even when i have proof of conversation with the service desk with my payments completed and account closed. @tescomobile

    @tescomobile you are demanding £222.14 for an iphone 13 for which I have already paid full amount. you can't change ur T&C after 2 months and harress the customer. you are breaking UK consumer law. No customer support at all on this big issue. #fraudTesco

    @tescomobile I received a bill for £222.14 for an iPhone 13 I paid for in full last year.. I was told I would be refunded £11.50 for my monthly sim but never received it.. why are you billing me now? I have been told by others you are wiping this off their bill, please clear mine
