    @tescomobile Trying to log on to look at upgrades as my phone is now dying and won't charge much. Cant remember password so asked for new one but not received email or text with new password Can you help?

    Can anyone help with 20 data dongles for a school I’ve worked closely with. The free WiFi/data would allow these families to access on line learning for lock down. Would be a loan until they return to school! Please try and help! Thank you xx @virginmedia @tescomobile @O2

    @tescomobile just got off the phone with cust. services. Nice guy. Helped me how he could. But the answer to a reasonable enquiry made me want to leave tesco mobile for good and never set foot in a Tesco again. Amazed at the lack of flexibility. 14 years of paying u. No loyalty.

    @tescomobile I have received some of the worse Customer service when contacting your customer care team. I am due a refund of just over £400 for a final bill even tho I have not left Tescomobile,I was told the refund would be 3-5 days and still waiting!! Called again got no help.

    @tescomobile Extremely disappointing service. I've waited over one week for my phones to be ported over to Tesco...I'm still waiting. Totally fed up calling your helpline. GETTING NOWHERE!

    @tescomobile I doubt it to be honest. So instead of helping me out, Tesco mobile sticks rigidly to what is ‘possible’ for a loyal customer of 14 years. Mmmm. Not happy.

    3months now of no signal in my area where I live on @tescomobile.. Absolutely a joke when I'm paying over £100 quid a month to them for our phones! #notbothered @tesconews

    @tescomobile @tescomobile Can you tell me why you are rectifying this for some customers and not others? The amount is still showing on my account with a payment due to come out on the 8th and all I keep getting is some standard response about a fix.

    @tescomobile Shame your network is poor. Zero bars, no texts, no data and no wifi calling, so NOT connected. Worst decision ever to move from my previous provider. Waste of money and can't wait to move.

    @tescomobile @domjoly @TrussellTrust Just stay with Tesco Mobile, we get no coverage most days. Voice is terrible, texts non existent and data connection is not happening. Wifi calling is slow to be rolled out. So three days is amazing, we have had months.

    @tescomobile To who? Why? Can they change what’s ‘possible’ ? If they can’t then why would you give them feedback? It would be better if I could give ‘them’ feedback, but I’m just a loyal customer of 14 years and you’re the gatekeeper. Seems pointless you giving feedback to anyone really.

    @RobertW33333 @kellsbells60 @tescomobile Worries me as to whether we’re getting trustworthy info when not all parts of their customer service system are saying the same thing. Hopefully we’ll get an ‘official’ comms before the payment date!?
