@tescomobile Try going 4 days and counting in the CF38 2QA area. O2 mast down, and Tesco mobile users have no network. The latest news it will not be operated until next Wednesday 22nd as they can't get access from the land owner. Disgusting customer service. 😡 6 days without network.

The latest news it will not be operated until next Wednesday as they can't get access from the land owner. Disgusting customer service. 😡 6 days without network.

@tescomobile purchased your iphone 13 club card deal in Nov 22, paid in full. Received a bill last month for over £200, numerous attempts to resolve in chat advised to cancel dd via chat as it's a known error, have today received threatening letter. Ombudsman will be notified.
