Deb (@DebbeeHorwood) reported from West Bridgford, EnglandSorry guys...no idea why my iPhone had such a SHIT @tescomobile signal in the City Ground once the stadium started filling. Could only tweet warm-up picks. SO frustrating in such a game like that to not be able to tweet my thoughts throughout even. 😩 #FORBRE

Carlo Gibbs (@carlogibbs) reportedAbsolutely staggering from @vodafone I explained I’m a 20+ year customer and highlighted both @tescomobile and @EE mobile are £7-10 a month cheaper, same phone, same plan etc. The response was to say sorry, that’s the price, no deal, you can leave. So now I’m leaving.

cierdh (@steph6_xox) reported@tescomobile is there a reason why your service is so ****? I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and it’s getting worse and worse less places my 5G works. Why am I paying for it???
-
Martitta (@MShazzzi) reported@tescomobile I didn’t have signal for whole month like the rest of my area due to o2 updates, been promised credits for no services and each time I contact the chat incompetent people ask me where do I experience issue. Rufus🏴🇬🇧 (@RobertJudd4) reported@tescomobile Strange in this GPS accurate tech with mobiles that Tesco cannot differentiate between Greece and Albania, arrived in Corfu Greece to be told that Tesco that Greece is a home destination and you are covered for use on your mobile, several days later, another message, welcome to Albania, I have not moved my location, I have never been to Albania, get back to find I have some charges as phone says I was in Albania, Corfu is close to Albania, about 5 miles, the solution according to Tesco is to turn off roaming data, put your data allowance to zero. Seems pointless to have Tesco as that is why I changed because no charges in EU. To be fair to Tesco they gave me a credit but this must be a common problem with Corfu.

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@AlexGodofsky @tescomobile It was genuinely quite insulting for them to be so resistant to taking my money, and then taking it only once I decided I didn't want their service.
-

J Campbell (@JulesCampbell1) reported@tescomobile - How can a mobile phone provider not provide a phone that can get incoming texts or calls? After 9 days of a new phone when called from a landline my number is still not recognised. Your customer support is dire. As a new customer I won't be with you for long..

Dave Kendall (@DaveKendallPho1) reported@tescomobile Checked my home location. Good indoors and outdoors. If 2 bars of signal are good, that’s not saying much.
