    Can anyone help with 20 data dongles for a school I’ve worked closely with. The free WiFi/data would allow these families to access on line learning for lock down. Would be a loan until they return to school! Please try and help! Thank you xx @virginmedia @tescomobile @O2

    @tescomobile I've recently signed up as a business customer. Got phone and service started, only to find out now call forwarding isn't supported... This is essential for businesses, and something I've literally never come across not being available on any phone plan. Shocking.

    @tescomobile this morning all I wanted to do was top up my mobile. Your customer service is dreadful. I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.

    @TescoMobile I received 3 separate contract emails today for Google Pixel 10 Pro XL phones I never ordered, addressed to 2 different people (John Rymer & John Wilson) but sent to MY email address! Each email contains contract documents-I've Never been a Tesco Mobile customer!

    @tescomobile ... ONCE AGAIN I AM HAVING SERIOUS PROBLEMS TOPPING UP MY MOBILE PHONE WHICH IS ESSENTIAL TO MY LIFE ... I CANT USE YOUR MOBILE APP AS WONT RECOGNISE ME... I TOPPED UP ON THE 9TH WITH EE CARD SERVICES... THEY HAVE TAKEN £19.60 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT YOU TELL ME
