Then was told it could be my sim. I received a new sim and this has still not solved the problem. I’ve did a mobile network reset

Hot Dog Trainer (@ondineb) reported@tescomobile 1hour 5 minutes still being told to call back. I just want to lower the tariff for the remainder of the contract to something I can better afford. It's such a disgusting way to treat vulnerable people.
