This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

Dave Swateridge (@DaveSwateridge) reported from Gosport, EnglandI feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

The law does not preclude me offering cash payments. Your systems stopped me. Your problem but I’m not happy. Taking legal advice. Enjoy the BH.

After at least 5 attempts of chasing I was told complaint has now been opened after a month of trying. Then told I would get help within 5 working days … 6 working days later nothing .

Also when/if I do I will get a upgraded model and it will contain a new battery. Good luck with your complaint.

Bobby Bucks (@b0bbybux) reported@SBarrettBar @tescomobile Interesting, our fibre was down recently (Virgin Media, avoid like the plague) and our Tesco Mobile data coverage was absolutely terrible. If it haven’t been for my neighbour giving me access to his network, I would have been screwed. And we were down for a bloody week 🤬💩

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedRemarkably, @tescomobile have also found a brilliant loophole in contract law where they decided my response to my complaint of not being able to open an account was to, without asking if I wanted to (I don't), tell me I'd been signed to a plan. After yesterday I rather specifically never wanted to complete my order, but the idea of two parties coming to a meeting of the minds is apparently optional for Tesco Mobile.
