Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

Tesco managers don't ring back when I'm told they will, I asked to speak with a manager and told that there wasn't one available and they couldn't have sorted my issue anyway. Absolutely abymsal service. I will be seeking compensation about this

Then told 3-5 days for a new sim, day five arrived and was told ‘it will 100% be there tomorrow, guess what, it wasn’t told. Told they were having problems delivering it to me, strange how my postbox works…

My sim was deactivated by Ritik M by mistake and as such, I and son was without any service for 3 days and I'm transferring to Sky. I've made 10 phone calls trying to sort issues but get told different things by people. Absolutely abysmal
