Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Portsmouth and nearby locations:

  • DaveSwateridge Dave Swateridge (@DaveSwateridge) reported from Gosport, England

I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

  • John_Rowland_PM John Rowland (@John_Rowland_PM) reported from Havant, England

@tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

Hey @tescomobile any plans to support e-sims on iPhones? Don’t want to be carrying 2 phones anymore but don’t want to leave you guys or use an android device for 2 physical sims

  • Richard23892848 Richard Dickens 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@Richard23892848) reported

@tescomobile If anyone has a Tesco sim that’s out of contract and wish to cancel then ensure you tell your customers to email you and not phone you to end the payments or you will continue to rob their bank for monthly payments as you did to me.

  • fowlerat Alan Fowler (@fowlerat) reported

@tescomobile As I said - disgraceful. Most carriers including the network you use (O2) waive the charge. You just keep the money.

  • JohnTurner2021 John Turner (@JohnTurner2021) reported

@Alan_E_Hewlett @tescomobile Go with Three. £35 a month PAYG (or £90 for 90 days) with absolutely Unlimited texts, minutes and data and I do mean Unlimited. They also have no issue with tethering. I average about 500gb+ a month especially on torrents. Three don't bat an eyelid.

  • RailEngr Matt Burr (@RailEngr) reported

@neily_boy72 @_Jumphrey @tescomobile The firms network is 02 & work all over, O2 is great of you want to make a call, rarely without a 2/3G signal. But as a 4/5G data network it’s poor, generally have to tether to my personal phone, or find a hotspot to use my IT. From my experience, Josh isn’t far wrong.

  • troyparisuk TroyParis (@troyparisuk) reported

@tescomobile Uses the O2 network but Tesco aren’t allowed to advertise that fact.

  • D3LT4_GAMES D3LT4 GAMES (@D3LT4_GAMES) reported

@tescomobile is there any 4g network problems in LE4 area, even outside I get 3g at most. rebooted phone to. Do I need a new SIM card?

  • jonbobson Jonbobson💙 (@jonbobson) reported

@tescomobile Happy to pay more to have a decent signal. Unlike what I used to get on O2.

  • ManOlympian OlympianMan (@ManOlympian) reported

@tescomobile How much have Tesco Mobile given away on customer complaints because they are a really terrible network? I got £100 by taking you to the ombudsman and won.

  • Donny1rhodes Donny Rhodes #StayAtHome (@Donny1rhodes) reported

@tescomobile I'll stick with pay as you go, if they put the prices up you can just leave with no issues
