@tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

@tescomobile internet coverage is horrendous, I’ve lost all connection again. This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

I'm now recieving threatening letters from the debt collectors demanding payment with further threats if not paid from 02 this week from an account that is NOT ME and nobody from Tesco is listening. Please @Tesco can you close this account and actually help me?! #tescomobile

@tescomobile hi just received a final bill from u guys for £162. I had 2 cancel contract early as no signal at work + no option 2 switch 2 wifi calls. Spoke 2 cust serv at time. Was told someone wld call back. No one did. I will not pay £162 for no service. I will contest this.

@tescomobile no data roaming in Germany for 2nd time on second trip in 2 week, your telephone support have given false assurances multiple times but still no data roaming, very poor service and no reasonable explanation given.

@tescomobile It cuts out 3 seconds into the automated message at the beginning. Been trying for an hour and no luck. I've been told I have to speak to someone on the phone about my specific issue.

@davecarson88 @tescomobile No help from either Tesco Mobile or DPD. Both tell you to contact the other. It looks like it may be delivered today but we’ll see.

@tescomobile Crazily your coverage tracker says there is good 3g and 4g coverage. But even normal phone calls don't work. This has been going on for a couple of years. I really feel stupid we haven't switched providers and stuck with Tesco mobile.
