    @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

    I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

    So close to the end of my tether. Nobody makes service that work easily when you do them on behalf of elderly relatives. Latest @tescomobile - there's now a PIN to log in to the account I set up - but it's sent to Mum's phone and she can't work out how to get it to tell me

    Terrible customer services from @tescomobile manager refused to speak to me. My 79 year old mother sold a smart phone that she cannot even switch on-tied to a 3 year contract costing £568!!! @tescomobile I expected better than this from a big company
