@tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

@tescomobile internet coverage is horrendous, I’ve lost all connection again. This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

Just an update. @tescomobile still haven't rectified my issues. Please, whatever you do, do not use them. 6 Sims, 4hrs of calls, and still my two girls phones don't work. All they have done so far is palm me off with a link to their "online chat room"

Thank you very much @tescomobile for making it impossible for me to get a contract phone. Been having tremendous difficulties with an unlocked refurbished phone, causing me a lot of stress, ontop of everything else during Covid. My mum tried to help, and still nothing. Cheers👍🏻
