My wife's connected on O2 no problem, so feel like I should be ok with my @tescomobile too... I've tried taking out and replacing the SIM, searched for the network, still nothing?

  • DaveSwateridge
Dave Swateridge (@DaveSwateridge) reported from Gosport, England

I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

@UKgovcomms are spending £22m to ‘test’ their emergency message system this weekend. 1) No need to test it. I can assure you that all our mobile phones are working perfectly well this week. 2) @tescomobile now do an unlimited data sim for £25pm (much cheaper than £22m).

  • JimDay22857614
Jim Day (@JimDay22857614) reported from Sway, England

@tescomobile & @O2 I understand the weather has been full on this week but I've had no signal since Wednesday. According to the website "...a nearby phone mast isn’t working... engineers are likely to be on the case already..." could you confirm that they are?! Or is it my phone?

@tescomobile hi Tesco mobile. I am wondering how long it’s going to take to sort the signal issues out in ng18 and ng19 postcodes? I don’t get any internet or the signal drops out. I am a vulnerable customer so if the hospital can’t get hold of me what am I to do?

@tescomobile its now the 3rd July 2026 its another month without a signal all we hear is yet again a mast is having work done on it. Seriously.

@fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth 1 On 29 July you told me someone would get back to me and that my complaint would be escalated. It is now 6 August and, six working days later, nobody has contacted me as promised - this was through X

@DaveKendallPho1 @tescomobile It's honestly awful man. It's just getting worse and worse

@BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile I dumped, when they told it was my phone the problem, I got a Smarty sim... same phone no problems, 100% better

    Ima Dalek (@iva_hadenuff) reported

I have a Android pay as you go,I have been a customer for many years,no probs, but since you changed from the old top up system my messages are either a day,at least, late,or the system is busy, why is this? @tescomobile

  • Homer_EFG
    K Jones (@Homer_EFG) reported

@DaveKendallPho1 @tescomobile They turned the 3G signal off which I know has caused me to lose signal in one area I used to have it.

  • carlogibbs
    Carlo Gibbs (@carlogibbs) reported

Absolutely staggering from @vodafone I explained I’m a 20+ year customer and highlighted both @tescomobile and @EE mobile are £7-10 a month cheaper, same phone, same plan etc. The response was to say sorry, that’s the price, no deal, you can leave. So now I’m leaving.

The vast body of consumer rights legislation still doesn't cover the single most difficult scenario a consumer can face: when a company, @tescomobile, puts one through hours of customer service in a stubborn refusal to accept payment and then says by failing to create an account one has blacklisted from their service (which apparently retains personal data of those who don't have accounts, whose processing is presumably lawful on the grounds of sadism—missed that GDPR ground).

@tescomobile hello, just spoken to customer services as to why a PAC code submitted last Thursday hadn't been actioned. I'm told that codes sent to 65075 aren't actioned because of an issue with your system. Is this true?
