    @tescomobile & @O2 I understand the weather has been full on this week but I've had no signal since Wednesday. According to the website "...a nearby phone mast isn’t working... engineers are likely to be on the case already..." could you confirm that they are?! Or is it my phone?

    @UKgovcomms are spending £22m to ‘test’ their emergency message system this weekend. 1) No need to test it. I can assure you that all our mobile phones are working perfectly well this week. 2) @tescomobile now do an unlimited data sim for £25pm (much cheaper than £22m).

    My wife's connected on O2 no problem, so feel like I should be ok with my @tescomobile too... I've tried taking out and replacing the SIM, searched for the network, still nothing?

    I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

    @tescomobile I will not hide behind DM. I wish to show, PUBLICLY, how non-existent Tesco Mobile customer service is, and how the staff are resentful of having to deal with PEOPLE.

    @tescomobile The point is you're making out you're doing everyone a favour when the deal you're offering can lock people into an expensive deal down the road that they can't get out of. That's fair enough if people want it but don't portray it as if you're doing them a favour by doing so.

    @tescomobile hi was told if a contract is cancelled within 14 days this closes down the account, but what about other people's ongoing contracts within this account

    @tescomobile @EE thanks for raising my contract price whilst also maintaining the fact I don't even get 4G outside my own god damn house. Bare in mind I'm paying for 5G CONTRACT. #3g #thisisntwhatipayfor

    @tescomobile Tesco Mobile, a communication network that cannot be bothered to read emails, or communicate by telephone. Disgusting.
