I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

I can assure you that all our mobile phones are working perfectly well this week. 2) @tescomobile now do an unlimited data sim for £25pm (much cheaper than £22m).

According to the website "...a nearby phone mast isn’t working... engineers are likely to be on the case already..." could you confirm that they are?! Or is it my phone?

You can not take payment for a service, cut off that service and keep the money for it. Absolutely furious at the lack of customer service and ineptness of your ‘care’ team.

1234 (@MissKillikelly) reported@tescomobile 1/2 please can someone help. I’ve had no mobile service since Friday 27th. I was told it was due to a a fault mass in my area. Then was told it could be my sim. I received a new sim and this has still not solved the problem. I’ve did a mobile network reset
