@UKgovcomms are spending £22m to ‘test’ their emergency message system this weekend. 1) No need to test it. I can assure you that all our mobile phones are working perfectly well this week. 2) @tescomobile now do an unlimited data sim for £25pm (much cheaper than £22m).

@tescomobile have taken their appalling customer service to new heights today. After no phone service since end of Aug, I finally got a letter offering resolution and asking me to call. I call and after lots of qus was told they can't resolve it over the phone. Never use them.

@tescomobile imagine debating clearing last bit of your contract and the 2 phones I'm debating on 1 isn't even on the website at all (s22 ultra) and the iPhone 14 Pro max isn't in stock...... HELP

Corporate thievery is now a thing. I ran into a woman today who is going through this. @tescomobile has failed to send her a replacement sim but continues to charge her monthly. I know their are others like her and I hope @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog is able to help them.

@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

@tescomobile 8 days with no signal and nothing but scripted response from “chat” not good enough. Need reliable service as an emergency contact.
