So @tescomobile won't let you sign in to your account unless you enter a one-off PIN that they send you, but you can't receive the PIN because their network coverage is so terrible.

  • netantew Netantew (@netantew) reported

@tescomobile Thanks for reply. Can't make calls. Sending texts intermittent. Not premium no images. Don't know what a DM is but the error message flashes on screen then gone so can't capture. Never had this problem with Tesco before.

  • korpwood Katherine Orpwood (@korpwood) reported

@tescomobile How do I register a Power of Attorney to act on behalf of one of your account holders who has a broken phone, is disabled and in a nursing home that I unable to visit? Chatting online useless. Helpline has no address to send the POA to. Vulnerable customer. 😔

  • markhewitson1 mark hewitson (@markhewitson1) reported

For clarity, the hardware will allow it but tescomobile doesn't. This is a very odd service gap.

  • UncleScott67 Carb Uncle (@UncleScott67) reported

@tescomobile These scammers are able to generate whatever number they like and blocking one number doesn't block any others they decide to use. They need identifying on the network and blocking so that they're unable to call anyone. Astounded that in the 21st century you're not able to do so.

  • BenJacklin Ben Jacklin (@BenJacklin) reported

My @tescomobile saga continues. Now a week with staff telling me different things will fix my problem. None of them work. Can't use the phone which I need for business use. Looks like I may lose the number I need to port. Tried live chat, called them, nobody has solved the issue

  • xKellieLou Kellie (@xKellieLou) reported

@EastieOaks @VodafoneUK They are the worst team. I've been with @tescomobile for 6 years and never had an issue.

  • Brianswhitenose Jenny (@Brianswhitenose) reported

@tescomobile My Dad's phone is showing emergency use only, it is a Motorola, how do we switch this off? I have tried everything, signal area should be good.

  • ForestRC2 FST_Fallout (@ForestRC2) reported

@tescomobile To actually be able to have a good Christmas for once instead of having to be in a hotel away from neighbours causing problems
