@tescomobile Hi Laura - no issues on status checker. Was just on online chat, but got disconnected. I’ve tried my sim in another phone, that didn’t work, but another sim worked fine in my phone. So looks to be an issue with my SIM card

@tescomobile @Tesco following theft of phone still waiting for proof of imei 10 days later. Apparently no record of original request made on 16/11/21 and no help from in app messaging! 10 days without a phone because u can’t do your job!!!

@tescomobile What makes it more complicated than that, out of interest? Things that are unique about how Tesco works internally I imagine, not things that should impact me as a customer. Very disappointing that the answer is to send 2 iPhones around the country vs. just adjusting a tariff.
