@tescomobile so not only do I not have data, fall waiting, I now have no phone!!! My biggest mistake was joining tesco mobile!! You are in breach of contract, if I cancel my direct debit tesco would jump down my throat, 1 rule for you and 1 for us!! Caveat emptor!!

@tescomobile Extremely disappointing service. I've waited over one week for my phones to be ported over to Tesco...I'm still waiting. Totally fed up calling your helpline. GETTING NOWHERE!

The most appalling customer service from @tescomobile Without phone service for 3 months. Literally hours of time spent on their chat, phone, complaint form and in store. Requested several times escalation to a manager but never a call back.

@tescomobile problems again. Both my wife and I have tesco mobile phone accounts. Can't ring out. It gives the message NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK for every number we try to ring.

3months now of no signal in my area where I live on @tescomobile.. Absolutely a joke when I'm paying over £100 quid a month to them for our phones! #notbothered @tesconews

@tescomobile Have reset network settings, turned off automatic and put it on O2, lowered voice calls etc to lowest setting. Got 3g and a few bars again. We’ll see if it lasts.

@tescomobile I assume you have no issue with me sharing what you can have said over DMs with consumer rights journalists? Specifically your violations of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Data Protection Act 2018 & Misrepresentation Act 1967?

@tescomobile this is a really poor service from you. I took out a new sim only contract for my child to replace his previous contract. I subsequently cancelled the contract entirely. You charged me a early termination fee plus fees for 2 additional contracts that I’d cancelled.

@tescomobile Hi Natasha. At the moment I’m getting nowhere in getting an answer as to why I was charged for 2 new contracts that were never started and received and early termination fee for an old contract.

@tescomobile It’s not faulty as I have signal in more rural areas, it’s just seems that the signals not strong enough for the traffic.
