@tescomobile Joined tesco mobile and they said my old number would be ported on 5 December. It’s now the 24 December and it still hasn’t happened. My old number was cut off 2 weeks ago! Getting nowhere with their customer service and not happy!!!!

@APhillips1962 @tescomobile The service shouldn't be allowed to run! I've had similar issues and spent over 4 hours in one week on phone each advisor telling or doing something differently. And us the customers have to sit and wait for their errors to be rectified! Worst network company!
