@tescomobile I'm running out of time here, and have wasted hours of the day. Why are we not able to get help when we have medically vulnerable people and need the phone?

I can not Stress this enough do Not go with @tescomobile they don't follow legal procedure no ECNs no contract a year to let you know your contract is Rolling then the advisors won't cancel your contract when you have asked and you'll be paying for 43months on a 24month contract!

@tescomobile Husband says: I never have phone/data when I need it, so I'll be leaving the family group thing when I get back and finding another provider. Leaving me with no phone in the middle of nowhere and unable to add minutes when I've given them 20 quid in topups is a nightmare.

@tescomobile My husband has managed to speak to customer support, who still couldn't help him. Having all the family on one pay monthly deal means that if someone runs out of minutes and needs to buy more, they can't unless I am there too. This is unsafe for medically vulnerable people.

@tescomobile Additionally, 3rd party security might have helped yesterday, but the customer support staff giving the right information to start with would have been better.

@tescomobile I just heard your ad about mid contract price hikes. No i do agree with this and am a customer of yours, however, where you do fall behind is WIFI Calling! All of the other networks have this? 1/3

@tescomobile Having paid Tesco Mobile £20, all my husband wanted was to be able to make calls. I'm sorry if I'm missing some really obvious point here, but that was the issue, and the question, and I can't believe I'm still having the same conversation.

@tescomobile Thank you Jade. My final point is that multiple phones on one account should all be able to get support when needed. That doesn't need 3rd party security, but an ID or PIN to allow that person to request help.
