@tescomobile That's great. Except that's just your regular customer service, not the team 'investigating'. In the meantime should I put my sim card in the bars of soap? Maybe @clairefweir could answer that?

@tescomobile It is another waste of time! No happy with your customer services and the complaints process is ridiculous!

@tescomobile Liz I have spoke to Charlotte, Abdul, Beverly and I have felt so ignored because no one is listen to the issue at hand! I have tried to make a complaint to management and have been told no managers will be available for over 72 hours it’s ridiculous!

@tescomobile I'm already waiting for that but they haven't called. Been a customer for many years... not exactly feeling the love. If I have to wait 48hours 4 u to call I may as well wait the 5 days! Hell, it's already been 4. Again; WHAT am I waiting to hear after 5 days? @clairefweir

@GeorgeMonbiot having same issues with @tescomobile months of trying to cancel phone unless by my dying (of brain tumour) mother. Had to threaten to tweet just to get snail mail address to send POA to! They refuse to use the fast gov system to check so will collect more money before resolved

@tescomobile still no resolution to my new SIM not recognising my phone number. Can't make or receive calls, or verify anything. Its been going on for over a week. Why can no one fix this?

@tescomobile Truly awful customer service. Been on webchat since Thurs as my old number hasn't come over to my new SIM. No one can phone or text me. Every time I do webchat I'm told it'll be fixed in 24 hours, that was 4 days ago. So so stressed right now. Phone line's down too.

@tescomobile when adding a clubcard partner voucher on a purchase of a new phone at what point do you add it. I tried to add at voucher and it said no entity so Tesco replaced it, but it still doesn't work so they said to ask you. Any ideas?

@tescomobile Jus to let you know that I just sent a small message that I want to make a complaint. No automatic reply to say we have received your message! No much hope!

@tescomobile Provided details to your staff repeatedly over four months. Your only solution is to providea snail mail address (a step forward admittedly) & tell me can’t cancel til I copy &post a huge chunk of pages and the. Wait for you to register/meanwhile taking more of mums money. @Tesco
