Tesco understood and have taken steps to ensure she isn't cut off. Customer Service is everything. This is why I always recommend Tesco

This has been the very first problem I've had and judging from the downdetector web page, there have been numerous problems with Tesco mobiles today. My hubbie (who has a different phone but is also Tesco mobile) is also experiencing problems.

It also suggested switching off/on again, which I've done. Same thing, looked like it was searching for a signal and then SOS Call Only cam up on the screen
