@tescomobile Please help. I bought a new phone from you in July and it’s saying it doesn’t recognise that the battery is a genuine @Apple one. It keeps restarting and has done this since I got it. So frustrating. #nothappy

@tescomobile Appalling customer service. Trying to notify you of a bereavement. Directed to chat, chat not working. Called. Spoke to someone who demanded a mobile no (I don’t have it) and when I couldn’t provide this, put me back on hold… where I’ve been now for over an hour!

@tescomobile poor show. Tried to sign up for new contract at 21.30. Deal ended at midnight. You needed me to verify but not open until today. Agent said no deal now. V annoyed.
