    @CatherineKissMe @tescomobile I have a friend that had the same thdream no happen, robbed of their data by #Tesco ...so much so they changed network, and Tesco STILL tried to charge them, even after they'd been on their new network for 2 MONTHS!

    Received my final **** off from @tescomobile. Customer loyalty means nothing and the clowns who pretend to advise will tell you anything to get rid off you.

    @tescomobile waiting 30mins to get through to customer care is awful! Still waiting for a manager to call me back after 4h+ is UNFORGIVABLE. Thankfully my store isn't unorganised as you guys. What happened to putting the customer first??

    So apparently @Tesco #Barry despite their @tescomobile shop advertised as closing at 7, shuts when they want and refuse to serve a customer. Poor service

    @tescomobile She's taking the number from my Dad's old tesco contract (he died), on Friday, via chat, she was told the number had to go on a PAYG sim which would take 24hrs to activate before being transferred to her new contract. She was on the phone to your customer services for 1hr 20m
