Darren Summers (@DarrenSummers17) reported@tescomobile I will send a PM, but what happens to the new SIM if/when I receive it? The customer services operatives I spoke to said it's not possible to use my old SIM once the new one is sent in the post? It means I still have an usuasable new phone.
