    @tescomobile Please help. I bought a new phone from you in July and it’s saying it doesn’t recognise that the battery is a genuine @Apple one. It keeps restarting and has done this since I got it. So frustrating. #nothappy

    @PaulCole @tescomobile It's worse on White Cliffs and rarely happens where I am. I now know how to set network manually.

    @tescomobile I have been trying to upgrade my mobile since the weekend and each time I’m being told my payment is unsuccessful and it gets cancelled, I have tried several debit cards. I have never had this issue with previous upgrades so very disappointed.

    @tescomobile @PrivacyMatters I had same problem with Tesco mobile,Tesco run on O2 network,I have 3 year contract with them they cancelled my SIM contact but I still have to pay for the Phone 🫤 I'm with voxi mobile now run by Vodafone

    @tescomobile hi, 3 times I’ve called your helpline, three times the phone has been picked up and then put down. Don’t get this service from @EE will be returning my fathers new phone tomorrow. Absolutely appalling customer service.

    @tescomobile i honestly don’t think this can get sorted. We’ve constantly been back and forth with support via live chat and calls. I swore once as a general comment not even being aggressive and a colleague threatened to get my calls and texts investigated. It was at the situation not him.

    @Baz_Russell @tescomobile @Baz_Russell they give users the runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlock” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    @tescomobile i’m supposed to have 4-5g unlimited data but it’s alwasy on 3g i’ve tried everything to try and fix it but nothings worked? why is this?

    Having awful service with Tesco mobile at the moment and when I tried to get something sorted with customer service they tried to force me into a new contract, but I had to pay my cancellation fee first! Appalling service!! @tescomobile
