Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • 2021Wz 2021_wz (@2021Wz) reported

    @tescomobile Tesco doesn't have a mobile network.

  • Rossva1189 Ross (@Rossva1189) reported

@StompWompin @tescomobile good grief thats awful; sorry to hear it. @tescomobile should by default apply - let's say a 100% cap by default. So if your monthly is £20, it'll be auto-capped at £40, for example. You're usually pretty ethical Tesco, so how about this?

  • foxyjeepster Bad_Penny. No Dms. (@foxyjeepster) reported

@StompWompin @tescomobile Geez, that's a shocker. I would have thought @tescomobile would have been more help. Xx

  • nadal_lisa lisa nadal (@nadal_lisa) reported

@tescomobile Hi no network issues after a 2 day investigating with Tesco + Apple you had barred my phone. After 2 days of chat/calls hung up on twice i have no working sim and new iPhone not working the only solution I can get a new sim in 5 days or i can complain

  • StompWompin KD 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇬🇧 (@StompWompin) reported

@Marc_Again @tescomobile Very decent of them fair play. Yes he won't feel so bad now. Lesson learnt.. 😬

  • cra1gbluenose Craig (@cra1gbluenose) reported

@tescomobile Tesco signal used to be awful but they’ve really upped their game over the years and now they’re a go to network provider

  • fitzy020658 Mike Fitzgerald (@fitzy020658) reported

@tescomobile I suspect that any existing contact will still be with Vodafone but when they renew it will be with 02. 02s service needs to be improved dramatically. I was with 02 3 years ago and the poor network was one of the reasons I went with Virgin. O2 has not improved at all.

  • FAB87F GMan ☘️🇬🇧 #StandWithUkraine #WomenWontWheesht (@FAB87F) reported

@Jessrocks71 @StompWompin @tescomobile It’s when an app uses data in the background to update even when you aren’t using it. That’s awful. Contact the ombudsman as that doesn’t sound right.

  • fitzy020658 Mike Fitzgerald (@fitzy020658) reported

@tescomobile How is it you advertise such a great signal and coverage with O2 network…… I’m with O2 and believe me it’s shite. Bad signal most of the time and don’t get me started on dropped calls😡

  • steve3963 steve sommers (@steve3963) reported

@tescomobile Oh right. I misunderstood. I thought I just had to swap my Sims around once I’d lost the O2 signal. Okay so the Tesco Sim is now in, I’ll keep trying throughout the afternoon thanks.
