    @tescomobile I just have one bit of advice; use the same network in mainland UK as you do in N.Ireland. O2 suck hard and will only get worse in 5 years time.

    .@tescomobile absolutely awful customer service this morning, trying to sort out my mothers new phone as she’s just joined your company and 3 times been cut off by agents, waited a total of 97 mins on your CS line, not very impressed!!

    @tescomobile Callum like DM I asked for help on three occasions and was not told about any limits or unessacary data limits. I did seek advice on how to ask from the regular securuty guard but hes been replaced by a cheaper version and different firm

    @tescomobile Don’t need to live chat for the past 3 days been told it will be done by tomorrow at 6pm , absolute shocking service notice has now been given on all number 72hours after joining that must be a record to gain and lose a customer

    @tescomobile Tried TWICE to get in touch regarding my new Sony phone, gave up ! I transferred my SIM card, same size so no problem but my mobile data has gone from a fast 4G to a very slow H+ while in the house. I have tried reinstalling, restarting etc to no avail!
