    @tescomobile Please help. I bought a new phone from you in July and it’s saying it doesn’t recognise that the battery is a genuine @Apple one. It keeps restarting and has done this since I got it. So frustrating. #nothappy

    @tescomobile despite my upgrade not being delivered, umpteen phone calls, three webchats and countless requests you’ve still charged me double my rate for a ‘new’ phone I never received. If this ever gets sorted (doubtful) wave goodbye to a long standing customer 👋

    @HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.

    @tescomobile I have been trying to arrange for a new iphone 17 to be exchanged using your customer services in South Africa. The service is absolutely terrible. I’ve been cut off twice by them just because my questions have gone off script. Please can somebody contact me asap

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

    @tescomobile For any prospective customers. Every aspect of this has been awful. From trying to place the order multiple times that failed at their end for unknown reasons, then running multiple credit searches, basic features missing, speaking to people with an accent so strong I struggle...

    @tescomobile Hello unless I make a call via WhatsApp my phone is unusable due to breaking up/poor network. I have been with Tesco many years and always lived in the HU8 area. Is there a network problem? Thanks
