@tescomobile Please help. I bought a new phone from you in July and it’s saying it doesn’t recognise that the battery is a genuine @Apple one. It keeps restarting and has done this since I got it. So frustrating. #nothappy

@tescomobile have u reverted back to the “ ignore him he got a problem” approach not just on here but emails direct messages promised phone calls and the worst are there CONCERNS management team showing no concern at all absolutely fuming another wasted day waiting by phone

@tescomobile I have been a pay as you go customer for many years but decided to have a new cheap phone on contract,not good so asked to cancel and return to PAYG and keep original number was told OK,3 online chats,1 rude call and still nothing,awful!

@tescomobile Oh Jeez you are hard work..... It's NOT phones I want, the complaint was about the PHONE APP!! No wonder @Tesco has such a poor reputation for customer service FFS! Tesco tell you that you can check availability of goodvia the phone app!!!!!

So for 5 days @tescomobile are leaving me isolated and with no ability to contact anyone, and no ability for people to contact me on my number. This is after it took three attempts to transfer me over to them, & there’s been a problem on the last near my house this week.

@tescomobile I won’t DM you, as it makes no difference, wastes both our time. An answer here with regards to a timeline for a fix & an explanation of what you are doing would be helpful to me & others. I’ve had no update other than it’s a known fault. We are 11 weeks on.

@tescomobile DO NOT take a mobile contract out with tescos . Rubbish customer care service and they can’t resolve an issue they have caused on the account. Even been a customer for 12 years.

If your looking for a new phone/phone provider, don’t use @tescomobile. My new phone has been without signal for over a week - making life really difficult. Really difficult to get by without a phone 😡😡😡 #tesco #tescomobile
