And now @tescomobile "Shiv" has cut me off from the chat once I pointed that out. I had also highlighted that my mum had fallen whilst rushing to the phone and all I got was "sorry for the inconvenience ". Never answered my question.

@QPRgirl13 @tescomobile Well when I was on O2 I NEVER had any problems in the USA or Exuma using my phone !
