How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. Yet when I tried to port it to @tescomobile, they repeatedly claimed my number was “inactive,” ignored my accessibility needs, and refused to escalate my complaint despite me asking multiple times.
