How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. I was told 7 days to unlock a phone from you, (which we have fully paid for) 7 days pass, and now you cannot help as you haven’t received an email, shocking from a company of this size
