    @paulwrightyboy @O2 Problem is, I don’t think any network is working...@tescomobile and @VodafoneUK also having same issue in my house...had no signal for weeks now

    @tescomobile my dads phone, which was reported lost but later found, is still showing up as blacklisted when I search by IMEI. He’s asked for this to be removed multiple times, instead got a network unlock code. What to do ?

    @tescomobile Just got off the phone with support. Apparently the first payment must be with a voucher (why?!) — it would have been helpful to know this at point of purchase so I could get one, or at least when payment failed. I've wasted 2 hrs trying to fix an intentional error. Really poor.

    @tescomobile your mobile data coverage for customers in the area I work is nothing short of an absolute insult. Scandalous service.

    @tescomobile Please don't frustrate me more! DPD asks me to sign in! The collection number given by Tesco last monday was not recognised by DPD. Meanwhile another day passes and not even the courtesy of an email from Tesco Customer services. NOT HAPPY.

    @tescomobile had no signal all day here … Postcode PE318DZ …. Lots of other people also without signal … What is the problem please ?

    @clairabellejp @tescomobile I had same issue couple of years ago. Had to ring them up and they texted me new settings and that fixed it. Super annoying though, not had same issue with any other network since!

    @tescomobile I’ve managed to get her on Wi-Fi quickly but am not sure she’ll be able to fix it by herself. I don’t want her to mess up the settings so that it doesn’t work in the uk!

    @tescomobile my husband purchased 2 contracts and returned them within 14 days of period, still he has not received refund. Moreover no one is helping with the issue.

    @RainTown @tescomobile They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlock” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine
