At no time was I told about text charges, it said, 'Unlimited texts' ! I had just left a contract where this wasn't a problem,and I specifically explained my usage needs.

Ann Reynolds (@AnnReyn75876642) reported@tescomobile Only option i have to double my data to 10GB a month is to pay for Club Card plus. All extra costs on top of £17.99 a month. So yet another £7.99 a month plus phone insurance. Lots of money for a phone signal very weak most of the time.

Told me to go to the shop & buy a top up but I’m abroad, so I can’t, what can I do? When will the issue be resolved?
