@tescomobile Yes it's over the 14 days; it's mainly at home. There's just no signal at all, so I'm unable to do anything! I shouldn't have to pay any cancellation charges if you're not providing the service I'm paying you for!

@tescomobile Pathetic service; which I've come to expect from you lot. I'll be escalating the complaint; checking my 'upgrade' date for when I can move without incurring charges, then get moving to a provider who can actually do their job, as opposed to the tin-pot firm tesco mobile is.

@tescomobile I've contacted your customer care by email already. The problem here is the fact, that a big company like Tesco is making it impossible to claim the refund for entitled people. I have a proposition for you. Donate all unclaimed refunds to some charity. I would be happy with that
