    @Tesco @tescomobile buy a handset via Tesco mobile, it will magically tell you it’s nothing to do with them when they cancel the order and don’t refund, because that’s from Tesco direct…WHO DON’T EXIST OR HAVE A HELPLINE! You’ve done this to us twice. Time for small claims court

    @tescomobile OK Liz, thank you for accepting the feedback and passing on the comments. Hardly frustration, it actually disgusting when offers are not actually offers & that is the issue here. A triple credit offer should actually be triple credit on normal tariff, not trebling the prices too!

    @tescomobile @O2 The 4G signal in and around Ely Cambridgeshire has been really on and off for quite some time now! This is quite frustrating because part of my payment plan is for data and half the time I can’t use it 😑😑

    @tescomobile hi, I had a technician find an issue with my phone today which was to do with the 4g calling. He said its not properly registered and the signal is far poorer than it should be so suggested I speak to yourselves.

    @tescomobile got a 5g iPhone 12 in 5g areas im not getting a signal. I was told I didn’t need to change plan or sim. Is that correct?

    @tescomobile how can I check my mobile data usage? I’ve run out for the last 2 months, which never used to happen. My data was renewed today & it says I’ve already used 1gb but haven’t been off wifi?? Help please!

    @tescomobile Tried that. Twice. They cancelled my order. Did it again and it keeps saying the card details don’t match when they do! This was the best deal with cashback and i’m now forced to find another provider, so you’ve lost a customer because your system is flawed!
