    @tescomobile Went with Vodafone after. The manner of the Tesco mobile staff in the Wexford Town and New Ross stores was disgraceful. Ye have lost a loyal customer.

    Absolutely staggering from @vodafone I explained I’m a 20+ year customer and highlighted both @tescomobile and @EE mobile are £7-10 a month cheaper, same phone, same plan etc. The response was to say sorry, that’s the price, no deal, you can leave. So now I’m leaving.

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

    And yet again @tescomobile stiffs me. Offer a bundle you can’t use or renew to and all they can say is ‘we will work on the issue’ but sorry not sorry you can’t use this offer Surely this is false advertising and borderline scamming customers

    @tescomobile hello, I've come back from staying with family to find there's no phone signal where I live and I've not had signal since Saturday which is a massive issue as I'm disabled and am currently unable to contact medical teams etc to sort things out.
