Mark Baker (@ThatsASecretLOL) reported@tescomobile It’s not the phone or the sim. I have one sim in an iPhone 12 Pro max and one in a Samsung Galaxy a42 5G. My wife also has an iPhone 12 Pro max with you and they are all having trouble. A call dropped 10 times on Monday when travelling from porthcawl to Barry so no it’s not us!

Roo Andrews (@RooAndrews6) reported@PucatuB @tescomobile Thank you! He’s had problem after problem with them, they won’t let him out of his contact unfortunately but once this one is over it’s safe to say he will be jumping ship to a new phone company. I’m just glad I’m not with them!

John Stitch (@stitwit) reported@Scarfie1 @tescomobile @Tesco No solution. The point is, the tearable paper seal means you leave bag intact and keep your bread fresh. Simple, but not simple enough for idiots at Tesco.

John For A Free Scotland🏴 (@johnd_uk) reported@tescomobile You don't run your own network though -who do you piggy back onto - Vodafone, EE, BT?
-
Graham (@gm100339) reported@tescomobile Been with you for 10+ years. Decent pricing and excellent customer service. Might not be the very cheapest but you get what you pay for. Thank you.

Miss F🐱 (@missfre_247016) reported@tescomobile My dad got a new phone switching from O2 to yourselves. The signal on old phone has gone but when I call it says not recognised?
-
sue_ hope (@suz_sue) reported@tescomobile seem to have mobile phone signal and tesco Internet in dorset area, do you have a problem?
-
Mark Baker (@ThatsASecretLOL) reported@tescomobile So far I have not been impressed with the quality of your network. I know you use O2. Now Virgin media have joined O2 and have vowed to improve the network, will Tesco customers benefit from this. Also it’s 2021 when are you going to give us Wi-fi calling? #JoinTheRest

sue_ hope (@suz_sue) reported@tescomobile Have done all this before I tweeted, I went about 8 miles, was working when I left home, did not work in Dorchester as tried to use parking app and still not working at home. Still not working but have it here on a regular basis sadly when the weather isn't good.

Claire Copping (Felflowne) (@felflowne) reported@BiLionLeon @tescomobile Sounds like they need to ACTUALLY look at their rules because they are not fit for purpose. I feel bad for the sales associates who have to try and "enforce" Tesco's poorly thought out, damaging policy.
