  Absolutely appalled at the service my daughter has received from @tescomobile trying to take out a phone contract… 5 people all saying different things and still no phone contract after 4 days of trying.. so much for the recommendation I was going to transfer too.. not now! 😡

  @tescomobile @which of course, The normal script based response. Ill make it perfectly clear.. No matter the device, No matter the location, I very rarely get above 12 mbps!, Only at stupid times in the morning do i see above 12mbps down 4mb upload ( on a good day )

  @tescomobile please can u help. I have pancreatic failure and now need a device that is compatible with Dexcom 6, my contracted device is not. I'd like to return my device and take a new contract with a comparable device rather than paying for a second one. Can y u help?

  @tescomobile I'm with Tesco Mobile and have been for 5 or more years. No problem whatsoever during that time. I will always recommend Tesco Mobile.

  @tescomobile hi there I have a customer who has left their mobile phone in our store since yesterday but I’ve no way of contacting them. Their mobile says they are a Tesco mobile customer. If possible, can I converse with you about having him contacted if possible, please?

  @tescomobile appalled by your customer service team - I’m being chased by debt collectors regarding my dead mothers account when I notified you in December. Nobody will call me back , appalling

  @JennieM37925513 @tescomobile Make sure you have the phone switched on and it’s not in flight mode before trying to make any calls. Most of the time this things are down to user error.

  @VodafoneUK totally ripped my wife off. sold her a sim package she didn’t need ..unlimited data package even though she uses under 10 gig a month , £22 per month for 24 months .Got her to cancel and move to @tescomobile . £11 per month on a 12 month package #ripoffBritain
