    @tescomobile On hold for over half an hour to change my address but needed a replacement sim sent but this couldn’t be done on the “same call” phoned numerous times to get a replacement sim and today 38 minutes on hold for you to cut me off again. I’ve had enough of Tesco mobiles poor service

    @tescomobile been having problems with calls on iPhone 11 poor sound and not connecting properly. Been on chat line for two sessions but no help at all anyone out there who can help please

    @tescomobile Ah my other half has paid 6 months towards. SIM only and still doesn't get an option to upgrade ,is it possible that he might never get that option then now ,his credit is okish

    @tescomobile when are you going to introduced wifi calling ? Ive been days now no signal due to mast down I could not call 999 for an elderly neabour in eurgent need. you should be ashamed giving the technical is there not that you care they got the @Ldn_Ambulance they needed

    @tescomobile Do you employ idiots, I asked and this was confirmed via chat 2 phones to be locked over a week ago as they were misplaced. I now find out this was never done, this is staggering incompetence stupidity and idiocy. I ask do you employ idiots #tescomobile

    @tescomobile Sadly when my tesco phone is saying no service as the mast had been dismantled and you had not made any provisions or checkes to see what conciseness your actions take when all operators use the same mast. a 999 call cant be called when theres zero signals

    Is it me (and my family) or has there been an issue with @tescomobile 4g ? I have been away in the uk this week and even after coming home the 4g is shocking. I have had to force my phone to 3G to get it to work properly. #o24g

    @tescomobile absolutely appalling customer services. Twice on hold for 45 mins and got cut off whilst trying to sort out elderly gentleman’s phone 🤬
