    @tescomobile Hi, I'm a new customer with a PAC code... If u use the PAC code on Monday how long does it normally take to transfer... Thanks. (My number is presently with Vodafone)

    @SBarrettBar @tescomobile I'm with tesco mobile and have been for years, i have never needed a pac code, surely though they can't keep it from you, don't you need it to switch companies.

    Sorry @tescomobile you have just lost my business. 36hrs to resolve an problem. Still unresolved. You have made many issues that other companies have. Transferring your call centres abroad. Is one. Changing all your telephone access numbers is 2 . I'm not a big customer.

    @tescomobile I have had no mobile data since porting my number, been sent a replacement sim which hasn’t worked everyone at customer service just says it’s completed when it clearly hasn’t as it is not working

    @tescomobile Helped my old man upgrade this phone other day. Noticed he’s been getting billed for another number that ended December 2019 and all your team do is quote T&Cs at him basically passing the book. Nearly £700+ down the drain for a service he weren’t using or aware of.

    @tescomobile No chance of any message - it’s a holiday today. Very simple bank error has locked payments. Your instore staff refused payment. The law does not preclude me offering cash payments. Your systems stopped me. Your problem but I’m not happy. Taking legal advice. Enjoy the BH.

    @tescomobile is pants. 0 customer service. Ripped me off. Taken money and 12hrs later I still don't have my Bundle. Live chat is a joke, and I can't call you as advertised because I have 0 credit after paying for renewal.
