    @tescomobile Cullam I have filled that in before. I need the problem solving not knowing the status. When is it going to be repaired that’s all I need to know thanks.

    So @tescomobile I spend another night writing emails to the Ombudsman, and your CEO, as you won’t return my calls or allow me to make a complaint. I have spent hours and days trying to sort this out, all the time my credit rating getting lower.

    @tescomobile Tried to sort it out but to no avail..went to the shop and they said they would send a fix it guy but we haven't received the email he said we would get.. honestly I'm at my wits end with it..still not connecting to home yet everything is..🤷

    @tescomobile Ridiculous that I’ve been a customer for 3 years and because not paid bills by DD I’m not allowed to upgrade. Contract ended May 21. #badservice
