    @tescomobile @EE It just seems to be everywhere, I have to rely on WiFi to be able to communicate with my phone. It just seems poor on a whole. 😕

    @tescomobile @O2 your general network coverage is terrible. Moved from Vodafone 2 months ago due to reviews about your coverage, but it’s worse than Vodafone’s.

    @SBarrettBar @tescomobile I had a similar problem with Three. Sent a message to the text number and replied wanting my date of birth, which I had never given them. After days of hassle, someone rang from head office "just put any date in as we don't have yours on file"! Never as simple as they claim.

    @tescomobile Still the same issue nearly a week later. Engineers are working on it. The fact I am expecting calls from hospital is the issue. Hopefully the problem is resolved soon. Only been with Tesco mobile a month and already having issues

    Emailed Tesco Mobile CEO Jonathan Taylor. 1 month now trying to resolve "can't verify my details" with no resolution.Upgraded 1 line fine in Feb, but wife's free out-of-contract line hit with "unable to verify details". Already in useless DMs. @TescoMobile @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman
