  @tescomobile 1hour 5 minutes still being told to call back. I just want to lower the tariff for the remainder of the contract to something I can better afford. It's such a disgusting way to treat vulnerable people.

  @tescomobile is there an issue with the app ? I am only getting a white screen and have tried offloaded and reloading the app but issue remains

  @MrChrisAdley @tescomobile After several phone calls and not a helpful chat box we still got nowhere, a lot of hassle to get in to a network with a new phone so we cancelled sent the phone back and went with EE

  @tescomobile why do you use DPD paid for VIP service to be delivered today and tney have sent it back to you ! They are awful. Every time we had a delivery it goes wrong

  @tescomobile absolutely fuming reported fraud happening yesterday, possible sim swap. No action taken and lost number today. Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.
