  I am fcukin furious with @tescomobile I put £10 on mobile 1st March, haven't made a phone call, or text or used internet and credit has evaporated. Noo credit today. No explanation from Tesco/Twitter or cust svs. I will now leave/find another provider and never shop in tesco agai

  @tescomobile Hi, I need help with billing for this month’s payment as I couldn’t pay out on time and only just have enough funds in my bank account today. The tesco mobile app says the bill is paid but in my bank it bounced/did not come out yet.

  @tescomobile Not yet but I don't always trust the information coz all I get is no issue then customer advisor says oh we are doing upgrade work in that area

  @tescomobile I haveSamsungA14 contract until Dec.. 2026. It is not an A14 4 or 5G. My no. finishes 701 & doesnt allow me 2 access external 4G. I got new Sim which I was told would fix issue. It didn't. I will not have Internet access 4over a year when I can eventually replace

  @tescomobile I have a pay monthly sim and want to temporarily forward my calls to another number, however it seems that I am unable to do that as when I try to do it in my phone settings it’s doesn’t work. Do you not allow diverting to a different number on your network?

  @tescomobile I’m offered an upgrade to change a contract at not additional cost. No matter how many times I try to take advantage of this offer, it won’t work. About to quit your network. The offer must be fake! #tescomobile #tesco

  @tescomobile How on God's green earth am I supposed to reset my password to log in to pay my bill when it requires a 2SV via SMS when YOU'VE CUT OFF MY SERVICES. Complete joke of a service anyway.
