@tescomobile you are by far the worst network to deal with lie to me then hang up on me when I asks simple questions and pretend you don’t hear me with the customer service saying hello 10 times but u can hear her smiling about it!!!

What a nightmare @tescomobile placed an order last Tuesday, was lost by DPD. Horray finally got to the bottom of it yesterday, replacement sent. Arrived today but no SIM card! Tried to call, systems down. Online chat, replacement SIM now being sent... all in all a real pain!

Is that acceptable @tescomobile @Tesco ? I was told the fraud team would come back in 5-7 days. Been way over that. Then fobbed off by a manager who refused to speak or help out the advisor on the phone to me. You lot are an absolute shambles
