    @tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

    @tescomobile I have lost all phone signal completely. Iv checked your live network checker and says all working fine. Have reset my phone and still nothing...Any ideas??

    @tescomobile now on the verge of cancelling mine, my son's and my mum's contracts & insurance. 7 days since my vulnerable son's phone stolen and no replacement - 4 days since complaint lodged. No contact from anyone. I do the calling. #disgustingcustomerservice
