    @tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

    Important message. DO NOT buy a phone through a @TescoMobile contract. Despite what they claim, it is impossible to switch carriers at a later date. I have been without service since 4 Sep, with no end in sight. This has been the worst customer service I've ever received. Pls RT.

    @tescomobile Should be getting 4G , it says so on the coverage checker. Not getting the service I am paying for. Should not have to resort to WiFi.

    @tescomobile Hello, I waited over 2 hours to get through on the online chat, eventually made it but the person I was on to had ‘technical difficulties’ & disappeared. This happened twice! Is there a better/easier/quicker/less infuriating way to speak to customer services?

    @tescomobile probably the worse Customer Service I have ever experienced, cant get through on phone waited 26 mins today then they hung up on me, was on phone for 2hrs 16mins on monday, trying to resolve an issue, still not sorted today. Requested a call back from a manager

    @tescomobile 4 days. 10webchats. 5 calls with minimal 40 mins wait (2 calls phone put down on me after an hour of waiting) a visit to the store. Being told SINCE Sunday 'all be working after 24hours'-nothing! That's dedicated customer care tesco!! Complaint made. Unacceptable

    @tescomobile Thanks for the clarification but I have no intention of switching from PAYG. But are you saying that 5G will never be available on PAYG, and if not do you know why?

    @tescomobile Tried on line as well but email to fix never arrived. Fortunately your #chestertesco staff fixed it v quickly. Great resource👍👍 just annoying ypur phone help is such a mess currently
