@tescomobile ermm my phone is without a data signal all I can do is send texts, can't even make hone calls. What's going on? When will it be fixed?

  • memike72 Boss (@memike72) reported

Is it just me or is @tescomobile @O2 signal terrible in BT9.

  • OTooleyAuthor Oliver J. Tooley, author. He/Him 💚🌍 (@OTooleyAuthor) reported

@tescomobile Nope, it didn't do that. It said it was closed. Not acceptable. The reporting line should be separate from customer care. Reporting a stolen device is NOT a customer service issue, it is security and URGENT.

  • EilidhCreates Eilidh Creates (@EilidhCreates) reported

@tescomobile I'm at work so can't do anymore than what I've done. I've check other outage report sites and they are saying the network is down

  • steve3963 steve sommers (@steve3963) reported

@tescomobile Unfortunately 14 days isn’t long enough to test the area for decent signals. It’s not until you start to travel further afield or pop into town that you suddenly realise you keep losing the signal. Really takes the shine on my new phone.

  • KTCullingford Katie Cullingford (@KTCullingford) reported

Really disappointed with @tescomobile customer service - especially having been a customer for 17 years. Was initially told I would receive a good will gesture, only to be told an hour later after speaking to 4 different people that there wouldn’t be. Definitely don’t recommend

  • Jon_Truscott Jon (@Jon_Truscott) reported

@nonee3 @tescomobile I lost all TM service from the 15th. Tesco Mobile store (within supermarket) said they'd seen a lot of connection issues recently but we're unable to solve. I'm leaving their network.

  • angelas09560487 angela stevenson (@angelas09560487) reported

@nonee3 @tescomobile Same problem can’t get anywhere with customer services with Tesco mobile over 8 days now and no call back

  • adrosen65 Tony (@adrosen65) reported

@O2 @tescomobile networks currently non-operational and has been all day. What is going on? @Ofcom. All I get is a 3G signal which doesn't work.😡

  • menige73 Nigel Williamson (@menige73) reported

@memike72 @tescomobile @O2 Swap the number from old sim to new sim. Call into a TM shop and text SWAP to 23424 from old sim. Then reply with new sim serial number. When you lose signal pop new one xx
