@tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

@tescomobile Contacted customer services & had subsequent email saying not to contact them anymore as its been escalated & trying to be resolved. Sit tight and wait till Tesco mobile can be bothered. What's my wife's cancellation rights bearing in mind you've not honoured the contract?

Really dissapointing from @tescomobile and DPD upgraded supposed to be NEXT DAY DELIVERY well now ita not arriving till WEDNESDAY. 10+ years customer spent lots with you. Last time I upgrade online!

@tescomobile Thanks Kirsty and @tescomobile for getting back to me. After over 2 weeks of calls to your helpline and visits to my local tesco mobile store I'm keen to hear what you can do differently. Your current process clearly has problems
