@tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

@tescomobile I have checked the link and also spoken to someone in my local O2 store. They are working on improvements in my area. However i have not had any signal all week. Only being able to use my phone via wifi at home with a different network.

@tescomobile By the time it was all added it was far too late. What is the point of an emergency package if it doesn't apply instantly? People rely on your service for their safety and you left a young woman in a very vulnerable position. If something had happened to her it would've been 1/2

@tescomobile 2/2 due to your delays. I see now that I have been charged for that extra data, there's no need for it now. I need to be put in touch with someone who can remove it because I'm not paying extra for shoddy service. When her contract ends she will be moving to a different provider.
