@tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

@tescomobile Thanks for your reply, unfortunately this means I'll be looking elsewhere for mobile service as I'm unlikely to be able to get my documents signed any time soon. It's easier to just open a new account in my legal name in this case. I understand this isn't your fault personally.

@tescomobile Not your fault, Laura. But, that doesn’t help me when I’m constantly on the move. A postcode is not gonna help. It’s just a general issue with the signal strength that should be looked into. I should have 5G, but saying 4G, and that’s a struggle. 15 mins to reply to this tweet

@tescomobile. One of your phone operators doing the hard sell when trying to cancel the contract. Said to "ignore her husband and make her own decisions". How low can you get.

@tescomobile customer service has really gone downhill. Then I remembered they contracted it out to Crapita. That explains it.

@tescomobile ... 9:05pm and guess what? No phone call as promised this evening. Thanks a lot Tesco Mobile. Reduce a customer to tears and don’t even try to rectify the issue.

@tescomobile I haven't, but it sounds like the policy is pretty firm. Best case now if I do stay with tesco is I'll cancel and just start a new one in my legal name, as that seems like it would be simpler than going through all the effort to change it on my existing account
