    @tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

    @tescomobile you robbers ...how can you cancel a ins policy instore and 3 month later get a letter to say even tho you cancelled when you did but we kept it rolling ...phone or log in if you want to cancel and we been taking the premium...that's fraudulently obtaining money

    @tescomobile Shame i havent been able to use data for over a month cos you ********* took a mast down in my area and 4/3g arent working unless i take a sim card out and in again

    @tescomobile I upgraded one of our phones and was given free 6mth tesco clubcard+ and double data, I’ve been trying to get this activated and been passed from pillar to post the code has now expired!!! And I would like the benefits, please help. Wendy

    @tescomobile so at tesco in Rochdale 2 staff on but can only serve 1 customer in the section… here’s a business tip - just have 1 staff member on as the other staff member us just stood around!!

    @tescomobile Since upgrading my contract I cannot access my data. Once my Safety Buffer has been used I am cut off. Two days onto customer service and an afternoon in store. No joy. Will you cancel this contract as you can't fulfill it?
