@tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

I’m finished with Tesco. Ridiculous insistence on a Clubcard for reduced prices. The signs in the shop are misleading, they quote a price in big letters, then ‘with a Clubcard’ is in minute lettering. I’ll never shop there again @Tesco @tesconews @tescomobile

@toastytoastbuns @tescomobile You aren't the only one feeling this way I'm severely disgruntled, looking at changing all my phone contracts, I think my 3 faulty phones is bad, but looks like many loyal customers are also feeling let down

@EilidhCreates @tescomobile I've had no TM service for 10 days (everywhere). Tried different phones etc. I've bought a SIM (which works fine on another network). Have taken a new contract with another provider. TM have offered 'good will' refunds but these don't match amount they're charging for 'service'.

@toastytoastbuns @tescomobile I’m having the same issue. They’ve accidentally disconnected a number of customers and won’t admit this without pushing. I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to sort it. It’s not acceptable please demand compensation or leave they are useless

@nonee3 @tescomobile Yes I am having the same problem, 5 days and no sign of a resolution. I have just taken out a new contract and really regretting that now. Really bad service and online chat no help at all.

@tescomobile Still ongoing problems, you always phone back on the faulty phone, new phone was faulty in march, you repaired one fault in October, still faulty, so supplied an a13, which was faulty, waiting for call to replace 3 faulty phones, I'm about done with tesco to be honest,bad service

@tescomobile day 6 of no service. Despite being told 3 days ago it would be fixed that day yet you are threatening action if I end my contact early
