sanguine_kodiak (@sanguine_kodiak) reported@SBarrettBar @Baronbigbucks @tescomobile I suspect you've already tried but for what it's worth its PAC followed by your birth date eg PAC DDMMYY to 65075. Sometimes authentication fails which needs tech support if the web portal doesn't allow PAC requests.

TomG (@TomG07581187) reported@tescomobile hello, just spoken to customer services as to why a PAC code submitted last Thursday hadn't been actioned. I'm told that codes sent to 65075 aren't actioned because of an issue with your system. Is this true?

So now I’m leaving.

T (@Terry32x) reported@tescomobile need help, pls. My duaghter has purchased her own phone via Tesco. I still have a sim only contract for her on my tesco account. She needs to cancel the sim only and transfer this number onto her new phone with new sim deal.
