@tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

@tescomobile paid my phone bill online via debit card this morning and went to check my bank and Tesco took the payment twice of £60.48 instead of the one payment! I never refreshed the page or pressed pay now twice yet it took the payment twice!!! Want the second £60.48 back now

@tescomobile What are you on about ? I want to connect 2 x devices to my Tesco phone Hotspot. It only allows 1 device at a time! What's hard to comprehend about that ? Does APN restrict hotspot connections to one ? Where is your Tech Support ? And book phone in where exactly, a Tesco store ?!

@tescomobile Seriously? The reason that I switched to you was because I didn't want to have to make telephone calls any more. Cable supplied in box without power adapter is one thing. Cable supplied that doesn't work with any power source available anywhere is very different.

2 calls to query/resolve Hotspot restriction on Tesco Phone to CallCentre in Cape Town. Cut off then given dire response 2nd call. Asked to spk 2 Team Leader, non available, told I cld have callback on Saturday at midday. No call back. **** service from Tesco Mobile @tescomobile
