@tescomobile Well what to say... Husband's phone broken.. Under guarantee.. Void due to some sort of misuse... Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

@Ofcom @tlaindon1 @tescomobile If it all comes under one contract, and it does say 36months... otherwise soon it'll be broken up to handset/airtime/warranty/accessories/data seperately for 60months.

@tescomobile Trying to reset password ALL morning. I ALWAYS get the same problem logging in ALWAYS tells me my password is wrong even though it’s not and I have to go through the same reset process. However, this reset is not coming through and I am trying to make a purchase.
