Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

Ordered, paid, & nothing arrived. Cust 📞 service told me it was deemed suspicious & cancelled. I tried in store , but it wouldn’t go through…1/2

I just wish EE would send me the pac code cos my contract is up on 8/10/26 i already paid this months bill I didn’t have any issue leaving @tescomobile 2 yrs ago!

Have tried every way to get assistance (in store & customer service) but are constantly stopped by ridiculous security measures that need a functioning phone. Help!!
