    @tescomobile Well what to say... Husband's phone broken.. Under guarantee.. Void due to some sort of misuse... Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..πŸ€”

    @tescomobile Im try to get wifi calling to work, I can't find any help on your website. I have a Samsung A32 and I have enabled VoLTE which I understand is what I enable but nothing. Do I need to do something else.

    @tescomobile Day 5 with no phone after you made a mistake porting my wife's number. Your global escalation team has informed your customer service team that my phone will not be restored until 13th May!! Nobody prepared to speak with me about a resolution. Disgraceful. @Ofcom
