@tescomobile Well what to say... Husband's phone broken.. Under guarantee.. Void due to some sort of misuse... Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

@tescomobile No signal since Monday, given lies that it's antennas, server changes, when one of you call centre people knackered it whilst I was on the phone to them, but no one wants to admit it, so am just fobbed off.
