@tescomobile Well what to say... Husband's phone broken.. Under guarantee.. Void due to some sort of misuse... Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

@tescomobile Trouble shooting is of no help. I find it disappointing that you actively sell something on a 3year device contract which then only has 24mth warranty. I’ll see if I can get any help from Apple direct.

@Tesco @tescomobile buy a handset via Tesco mobile, it will magically tell you it’s nothing to do with them when they cancel the order and don’t refund, because that’s from Tesco direct…WHO DON’T EXIST OR HAVE A HELPLINE! You’ve done this to us twice. Time for small claims court

@tescomobile hi, my phone is not loading anything on the internet. The wifi works fine on my laptop but my phone isn’t (I didn’t buy my laptop from Tesco but I did buy my phone from here). My wifi is virgin media. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Thanks
