Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

You were changing it from a pay monthly to pay as you go but the contract has been cancelled but she can’t make calls. 3 people have said it’s been done and we still have a problem. Please help.
