According to @tescomobile ive used 25gb in under 3 weeks. This is a joke. Ive never used this much in a whole month when i was with o2.

@tescomobile I'm not going to waste time going to a store or waiting in a phone queue so I'll order online. Why on earth can't you sell sim cards that the customer can simply decide on receipt whether to enter into a contract or PAYG? Now I've got to order a new card and waste the first one.

@tescomobile Yes engineering work in our area but it’s not due to be fixed until April 2. Again, why am I still having to pay full price for a service I CANNOT use and that is preventing me from completing important tasks?
