Fuming with @tescomobile. Can’t make phone calls or receive them?? This is my only point of contact and I dread to think if something happened to my kids at school and I can’t be contacted. Fix this issue immediately please or contact me to at least let me know the situation

@tescomobile have been unable to make incoming and outgoing calls -- everything else seems ok on my pixel phone. My wife is here and her phone works on Tesco. I used her sim card and my phone was then working. After getting through to Tesco I am told there is a problem

@tescomobile currently been unable to make or receive calls for 2 1/2 hours now! Any idea as to when these issues will be resolved as I'm awaiting a very important phone call which looks like now I am certain to miss.

@tescomobile Thank you for your reply, the person we spoke to today was much better, it does hopefully seem like a one time thing, I just hope the first person I spoke to gets retrained in disability awareness when my complaint goes through. 🤞
