@tescomobile It's at deadlock because of your inefficiency as a company to actually deal with customer enquiries/complaints in a timely manner. I just hope anyone considering joining #tesco mobile see how you treat customers and decide against using your service.

@tescomobile Yes, I’m using my home broadband network. (My mobile contract is unlimited minutes and data, but obviously I haven’t had any of either so far this month, at least not where I live. I can drive about 4 miles to get a signal but only fleetingly.)

@tescomobile just lost 40minutes if my time that I will never get back on the phone to an agent discussing the fact that a smart watch which was part of a promotion I signed up to with a new phone has not arrived. At one point it was suggested I should call India....worst service

@tescomobile 2 months of no signal now.... the team still haven't called me... still paying a small fortune for 5 contracts we can't use at home... have @O2 got "permission" to fix the imaginary down mast yet?
