@tescomobile I have tested the links on three different machines, using 5 different browsers and three operating systems. Even with popups unblocked it does not work. I've asked for a customer service email address. Apparently such a thing does not exist!!!!!

@tescomobile I'm paying for a 25gb package, but your signal is non-existent & I'm never able to get online to do anything!; so I take it I can cancel my contract & go elsewhere without getting charged? I'm paying for a service, which I want to use, but you're unable to provide!
