@tescomobile Fortunately Ive been put on a rolling monthly contract. Which will be terminated after a month after being with tescomobile for 10 years. Your customer service has really gone very poor

  • mbw7mbw7 Mattbw7 (@mbw7mbw7) reported

@tescomobile I'm currently in a web chat with your agent trying to cancel s contract were you've never delivered a phone (Feb 22) yet are still taking my money. The only way I can stop this theiving is to cancel my DD. What a terrible service

  • jssmith180592 Jasmine Smith (@jssmith180592) reported

@tescomobile @Tesco #shambles purchased a phone for £79.99 in April for my dad last night it just went black no damage. Took it to store they told him to ring a 0345 number which costs about 45p a minute! The store didn't know the refund process. More training needed

  • bighatdino Kev (@bighatdino) reported

@tescomobile I’m having problems with my SIM, it won’t pick up any service. Is there a way I can request a new SIM without a mobile connection?

  • jssmith180592 Jasmine Smith (@jssmith180592) reported

@tescomobile @Tesco your staff in store and customer services need to be better trained on repairs & returns was told two different things by store staff and customer services and your online support isn't very helpful

  • mbw7mbw7 Mattbw7 (@mbw7mbw7) reported

@tescomobile No, I'm doing it because you're taking money for a phone you never delivered.

@SpykerMP6 @tescomobile @ThreeUK PS. Just how small do you think Tesco are mate?! One of the biggest companies in the world who use the O2 signal, your mam actually uses an O2 signal but she gets it 2p a min cheaper, fair dos 👍

  • Reesy60 Chris Rees (@Reesy60) reported

@tescomobile Hi Sean, I went back into my local store yesterday at around 1500, still same problem, store staff were great , escalated to tech who wanted to transfer me to telesales, staff member refused saying that has already been tried, tech promised me a call back within 24 hours.

@tescomobile hi, my mobile data isn't working on on phone. Any problems with the Internet your end?

  • bethanyluckett Beth Luckett (@bethanyluckett) reported

@tescomobile Hello. I understand I can do this but I was cut off from mobile data for 2 days. O2 have apparently offered 20gb free for the rest of the month due to the problem over 4000 homes are having. Is this something you would consider?
