@tescomobile I've had no mobile network for 2 weeks & been unable to make or receive calls & texts, although it did come back briefly for a few hours, a few days back. I'm very fed up with this. (2nd tweet to you & DM also sent - no reply)

@tescomobile Guessing I didn't get the right phone, never had any issue with my Android, you live and learn, never again will I buy an iPhone, trying to self isolate, get Tesco deliveries so I can look after my 91 year old mother and to update my new phone I have to visit a store unacceptable

@tescomobile The only hotspot/wifi is thro the phone so even via the computer i have to use the iPhone, it just doesn't work or at least thats my understanding, so so frustrating 😡😡😡

@tescomobile Double the data 'minimum' and knock a year off. They will slow that phone down to a crawl way before the three years is up

@tescomobile All sorted thanks, the issue was having 2 numbers on the account meant I couldn't get the PAC codes using a text message.
