    @tescomobile I have chatted, emailed, phoned and been cut off on chat multiple times, passed between a number of different departments all claiming it’s not their problem. Tesco have finally phoned back to say you will get the rest of the money back in AUGUST! con Artists!

    Alison from call team on customer service is incompetent of her job in fact all staff look like they are there famous words are 24 call back from a manager JOKE of a NETWORK @tescomobile @tescomobile

    @tescomobile hi, can you please help. I have a pay monthly deal, 6-7 months in and the call signal is often non existent, not to say how offen I only now get "E" or "H" for internet The checker said I'd get 4g. Any advice please.

    @tescomobile I activated the Tesco SIM on Saturday and replied to the text messsge with my PAC code and number I wish to keep. I have changed my number on my iPhone in settings but no service 🤔😒

    @tescomobile you have left my elderly neighbour with no phone due to switching to another provider. You have been no help to them and they are unable to use their phone as the PUK/SP code doesn’t work. They have no close family and are reliant on their small inexpensive phone

    @tescomobile I'm trying to top up my phone but it won't let me, I've tried the app and phoning and both times it says error when I put my card details in. Never had this trouble previously

    @tescomobile Hi is there a problem with the pay as you go app? Both me and a friend cannot use app as it says there’s a problem, try again later! Really frustrating
