@tescomobile probably the worse Customer Service I have ever experienced, cant get through on phone waited 26 mins today then they hung up on me, was on phone for 2hrs 16mins on monday, trying to resolve an issue, still not sorted today. Requested a call back from a manager

@tescomobile Why can’t you ?? You are NOT providing the service required . Getting shunted around dept to dept is a disgrace - why not just take the money out my pocket when I am not looking . All those computers and we still have to be messed about - might head of to O2 . Ridiculous.

@tescomobile Already sorted, we made the trek to my local store to get this resolved. It appears your phone advisor on Friday didn’t process the PAC code properly so please ensure your poor service is fedback to relevant departments. Not a good first impression, thanks.
