@tescomobile It’s not faulty as I have signal in more rural areas, it’s just seems that the signals not strong enough for the traffic.

  • GittingsTina Tina Gittings (@GittingsTina) reported

The most appalling customer service from @tescomobile Without phone service for 3 months. Literally hours of time spent on their chat, phone, complaint form and in store. Requested several times escalation to a manager but never a call back.

  • hambletonred Richard (@hambletonred) reported

Switched to @tescomobile and one week on from my number being ported across I still can't make calls. Daily conversations with "customer services" absolutely hopeless. Awful experience so far. Please help! @WhichUK

  • Jo_am72 JNAM (@Jo_am72) reported

@tescomobile Hi Natasha. At the moment I’m getting nowhere in getting an answer as to why I was charged for 2 new contracts that were never started and received and early termination fee for an old contract.

@tescomobile @tescomobile Can you tell me why you are rectifying this for some customers and not others? The amount is still showing on my account with a payment due to come out on the 8th and all I keep getting is some standard response about a fix.

  • GavinderPawar Gavinder Pawar (@GavinderPawar) reported

@tescomobile I assume you have no issue with me sharing what you can have said over DMs with consumer rights journalists? Specifically your violations of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Data Protection Act 2018 & Misrepresentation Act 1967?

@tescomobile absolutely disgusting service from tesco mobile u should be embarrassed!! 3 weeks and my sim still don’t work. My 10 year old daughter has no phone access!! Taken my money and charging me still for a service we can’t use.

  • juliell71042347 julie lloyd (@juliell71042347) reported

@tescomobile I have finally received the money I was owed but I am disgusted at the £30 Clubcard points offer of compensation. I have made several visits to the store, countless calls to customer services, not to mention going overdrawn as a result of your mistake. It’s a joke.
