    @tescomobile after 4months of problems getting a new phone off virgin mobile and finally it being cancelled i go tesco tonight and get myself a new iphone to get home and realise you dont even get a plug in the box 😭😭😭

    @tescomobile @WhichUK Hmmm - not sure Tesco - rang customer services to say you’ve taken my top up amount out of the bank via my card four times so far this month. Checked again this evening and you’ve taken it for a fifth time!!! Nothing can be done for 5 days it seems, told see if it comes back in?

    @tescomobile Thank you Rob yes it has disconnected from @VodafoneUK the old handset shows no network. Your support team have told my father they have no mechanism to contact your escalation team. It has been more than 24 hours now. I can DM details of my father's number?

    @tescomobile having a complete nightmare trying to access my 13yr old sons mobile account. His phone is broken and I want to see if we can upgrade, keeps trying to send a PIN but we can't access it due to his phone being broken.

    @MartinSLewis I believe that @tescomobile misled me into entering a credit agreement with them for a business I worked with and they are refusing to work with me to resolve the issue, can you offer any assistance or advice? I've spoken to them 5 times in the last week.

    @tescomobile sincerely hope you’ll be calling me first thing to sort this out. As I explained yesterday, an urgent phone upgrade is required to support software for my daughter’s medical device! Had hoped for a better experience 😔
