@tescomobile I've DM'd you. But based on your other customer service options having refused to do anything, I don't think this will end well.
@tescomobile it’s been 3 months since I first reported a contract bought fraudulently under my name and yet no word from your Fraud department. You have no problem chasing me for invoice though. My credit record is badly impacted. This is poor customer service. Not impressed!
@tescomobile For the past few weeks my Tesco mobile signal’s been shocking at home. Was great previously. Other people locally have said there’s been maintenance going on, but should be ok by now… nope… just over 1 mile SE of Tesco Extra, Hattersley.

Worst #CustomerService I have ever experienced? I've been a @tescomobile customer for 1 month & they've set a new low. The level of incompetence / disinterest from their 'chat' support and phone support is mind-blowing. Sorry I left @O2 Don't switch.
@HebbyGold @tescomobile Well as in I upgraded 8 days ago and have had no mobile data either, spoke to customer care and they same the same it's an outage ect

@tescomobile just bought a sim only deal and just to let you know I think your coverage is awful. I always got an excellent coverage in the West Country with my last provider but I had nothing for a whole week in Devon and Cornwall. Shocking!
@tescomobile @WhichUK Think it's a bit crappy you don't offer VoLTE, are there any plans to add this feature in future, surprising you don't have it considering you piggy back O2 network
