    @tescomobile customer service is truly shocking! Had my phone since 12th January and still can’t use it. What is there to look into other than give me a new phone as the one you have given me doesn’t work!

    @tescomobile I bought an iPhone from Tesco mobile in November but unfortunately I couldn’t get a signal at work. I returned the phone 4 days later. Tesco charged me £1000 for not returning the handset. Despite proof to the contrary I have not got my £1000 back 😡

    @tescomobile any news on wifi calling? Or being able to do anything come to that, without the aid of a router?Can’t do anything at my postcode and the only way to get a signal to send text messages is to turn the phone off and back on again, then I have 4G for a full 2 minutes!!

    @tescomobile GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE. Never had such appalling service from anyone ever. Empty promises, no action, no-one is in the slightest bit bothered about the inconvenience they are causing. STAY AWAY!!!

    @tescomobile I’m looking to move to a sim only 12 month contract from 2nd Feb when my 2 year contract expires. The deal offered in the app isn’t as good as an upgrade option. Please can you help me move to the better deal? Thanks Andy

    @tescomobile you may want to have a word with the member of staff working in your Newmarket Tesco Store today. The unhelpful, cocky and patronising approach doesn’t help customers who then spend their money elsewhere.
