Dried it out in cornflour but it did nothing, had to buy a new one from @tescomobile and the young man laughed at my plight. Also I’m banned from the car boot.

Took it to store they told him to ring a 0345 number which costs about 45p a minute! The store didn't know the refund process. More training needed
