Blake Antcliff (@BlakeAntcliff) reported@tescomobile Are you selling Stock phones yet? I won't go with any Mobile phone dealer that sells phones with there own bloatware installed, adds another step in the update path. The closer to general stock the better the support.

I wasn't even allowed to be passed on to a manager when I had to stand instore on the customer services phone for 1/2 an hour! Why was I told on the phone that they could print it?!

CryptoSystemOne (@CryptoSystemOne) reported@tescomobile Sorry? I paid for a MONTH not 8 days! It's a MONTHLY tariff, and you have to, by law, provide it for a MONTH not 8 days!! A monthly payment covers a MONTH!! Anything less HAS to be pro rata, end of! Why are you not aware of the law, it overrules your T+Cs and complaint procedure!
