@ColdStig @tescomobile Hello, I have the same problem. My number was supposed to be ported by 6 pm on 23rd Jan but never happened. My old sim has stopped working as well. Not sure what’s happening.

@tescomobile My number was supposed to be ported by 18:00 hrs today but you still have not ported the number. You have also disabled the original sim midday today hence no one could reach me for the last six hours. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

@tescomobile I reached out to customer services after several restarts. The number has now transferred just a couple of minutes back. I have to say as a customer I am disappointed with your service as the transfer was due to happen by 6 pm yesterday.

Pathetic company breaking the agreement. I had bought a mobile in black friday deal on clubcard and now they have sent me a bill with additional payments even when i have proof of conversation with the service desk with my payments completed and account closed. @tescomobile

@tescomobile you are demanding £222.14 for an iphone 13 for which I have already paid full amount. you can't change ur T&C after 2 months and harress the customer. you are breaking UK consumer law. No customer support at all on this big issue. #fraudTesco

@tescomobile It’s now been nearly a month and despite speaking to Customer service on five separate occasions a numerous emails they still haven’t ported over my old tel number from o2 MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE OUT THERE DO NOT TOUCH TESCO MOBILE WITH A BARGE POLE

@tescomobile Hello! I received a bill for £222.14 out of the blue yesterday for a handset I paid for in full. Rang Tesco customer services and spoke to a very helpful lady who said there was nothing further to pay and the billing department would remove this charge (1/2)
