    @tescomobile this morning all I wanted to do was top up my mobile. Your customer service is dreadful. I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.

    @tescomobile I have had no mobile data since porting my number, been sent a replacement sim which hasn’t worked everyone at customer service just says it’s completed when it clearly hasn’t as it is not working

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

    @tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable

    @BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile they sold me one for £6. All is well. But I am thinking of switching to another new phone. Same terms and conditions. Also when/if I do I will get a upgraded model and it will contain a new battery. Good luck with your complaint.

    @tescomobile Still the same issue nearly a week later. Engineers are working on it. The fact I am expecting calls from hospital is the issue. Hopefully the problem is resolved soon. Only been with Tesco mobile a month and already having issues
