    @tescomobile We tried calling 4488 but it kept redirecting to an automated message about using the app and then ending the call. So im not really sure how I was meant to help him

    @tescomobile tesco mobile ; 13.37 to 15.30 ; HOURS on the phone to tesco mobile and finaly they admit the have top up problems on their non smart phones that they sell to customers in store

    @tescomobile you really need to send your staff to the same training as EE. Been trying to deal with you guys from Thursday regarding my mums death and had nothing but problems. At a time I’m grieving and need help not more problems.

    @tescomobile Not yet but I don't always trust the information coz all I get is no issue then customer advisor says oh we are doing upgrade work in that area

    @tescomobile Well the above statement was incorrect.. 11 days later still no phone call back.. disgusting service. AVOID TESCO MOBILE at all costs!!!
