  2/2 @clairefweir @tescomobile What more do I need to do? I've been a customer since 2017 (possibly earlier). How many days must I wait? How can 5 days keep getting longer and longer? Is this the right way to treat a customer? Just stonewall them & give stress and worry!

  @tescomobile Thanks for your assistance Jade but you obviously haven't listened to me. There will be no changing their mind because Tesco Mobile has let us down very badly with their customer service so I'll be ending this chat now and taking it up with Head Office.

  @tescomobile if I ring you up, are you able to do a proper credit check? I’ve been into store and tried online and you guys can’t verify my identity but I’ve had no issues with anyone else
