    @tescomobile I had never used this SIM since I bought the phone several years ago.But there shouldn't be given promises to activate SIM up to 24 hours once it was known about that. Certainly,I don't know how long a SIM activation process may last but they could tell me instead of a promise.

    @tescomobile Thank you very much, Maria, the complaint section didn't work in Chrome but it worked in Mozilla. So finally, I have sent it, fully hoping the SIM activation process will be done or at least made clear for customers to know exactly what to expect when asking for activation.

    @tescomobile Still waiting for my order and call back from your concerns team. Not good enough Tesco. Four orders, many promises of delivery - STILL no phone. Money paid several times. Formal complaint will be made later today.

    @tescomobile I had 3 chats within 6 days with Tesco Mobile staff but there was always assurance about activation of this SIM. I understand that nothing may be perfect but is this necessary to tell people it's OK when actually it doesn't work? I didn't know what disconnection means until now.

    @tescomobile you used to be really good. Now you're no better than any other phone provider. Stuck in my second endless 15 minute loop on Customer Support. I want to talk to a human being to discuss a faulty phone and delays in sorting it out.

    @tescomobile Why do you make it this hard for me to pay to top up my phone online ?.. or just a mere password reset.. nothing gets emailed to my registered email. Your online service is extremely poor it has been for while now..
