    @tescomobile I already know you can't help me, unfortunately. If you could direct me to a manager though who is willing to explain exactly what the problem is and why it can't be fixed, I would be very welcome.

    @tescomobile Do you just train your staff to cut calls when they cant deal with peoples enquiries? 22 calls later my issue hasnt even fully been heard. Been trying to resolve since 23/12/2022! If you ask for a manager none are ever available! I will be exercising my rights 2 canx

    Need to put this out there. Anyone thinking of moving to @tescomobile don’t. We did on NYE and haven’t had a phone since. They admit big issues with data transfer that they can’t resolve and their customer service team haven’t a clue what to advise. #shambles

    @tescomobile been without signal now for 26 hours. Can’t make or receive calls. Can’t listen to voicemails & can’t send or receive texts. Come on @tescomobile get this sorted.I need my phone. It’s not good enough 😡😡

    @tescomobile you are a shambles! An absolute nightmare trying to sort my bill,all I want is to speak to a manager to make a complaint, and I’ve been refused as you are TOO BUSY? I have been calling for 2 weeks and still not sorted! Shame on you! Customer service is horrendous 🤬

    @tescomobile just changed over to Tesco Mobile and imported my old Vodafone number with a pack code however, when looking at I message, send and receive number options, only the new Tesco number there. Can u help pls?

    Word of advice for UK users. Never sign up with @tescomobile or @sky horrific services and customer service.
