    @tescomobile contacted call centre about App, they confirmed there are issues it. Why don’t you send a txt or notification. Third company recently I have contacted using South African call centre, lines always awful, data being seen outside UK is wrong

    @tescomobile my whole family will be leaving tesco mobile tomorrow. The most useless provider! I don't care that you run on the O2 network, you're crap! My son was stuck at a festival for 4 hrs today, totally unable to contact a single one of us. Never had this with @GiffGaff !!

    @tescomobile desperately need help for my aunt regarding an old sim account. The number no longer exists, it was cxl last Aug...despite numerous attempts to stop tesco taking the charge each month, even after the contract ended, no luck. She's now received try from debt rec 😤...

    @tescomobile what a bad bit of service right now no service on your contract phone for over a month now and you are not helping me much here you dont know when its going to be up and running and still wanting me to pay for not being able to use a phone
