    @tescomobile morning, I have 2 phones, 2 contracts, 2 different mobile number, and 2 separate Tesco contracts. One of the phone contracts I no longer need. How can I terminate that contract? Thanks

    @tescomobile It’s the exact same. I got full 5G signal in a town 15 minutes from me but everywhere else is 1 bar of 3G or E. it’s ridiculous I’m fed up paying a phone bill for something I’m not receiving decent signal on!

    @tescomobile hi, I changed over to you this week and my number was meant to change also. This is very hit and miss and I do not receive half my texts, old and new number both in use. Number on my phone has not changed to old number. Help

    @tescomobile Deep Breath I have done it all, personally and on line. I have spent 30 minutes with the 'technical service' person on the phone. and an hour on line I cannot access the settings. The **61*905*11* just disconnects me. My app will not connect me to web or twitter

    @tescomobile @WhichUK Maybe you should goto highwoods colchester because your connection sucks and your crap 3rd party customer service is pathetic. I am taking all my contacts and leaving Tesco. Your complaints procedure is crap also. Ofcom will be informed.

    @tescomobile my boyfriend has been waiting over month for your fraud team to contact him. He is constantly told by customer care they contact him and nothing! This is unacceptable and this must be sorted!

    @tescomobile Your WebChat Help is not working as expected. Operating hours are stated as 07:00 to 19:00 it's 10:40UK and the widget wont load / show in multiple browsers. I need help about reporting an issue with contacting help, please help :)
