    @tescomobile Having replied to the email I received from your Customer Service team on 10/04/22 stating we wish to cancel my mothers contract with immediate effect - nobody could even be bothered to reply so she has cancelled her direct debit. Good riddance @tescomobile

    @tescomobile Interestingly I repeated the phone process today and it sailed through. You must have had a systems issue yesterday, it would be nice to be treated with some respect in that I was right and your systems were the problem

    @tescomobile @CharlieSpanner But I don't understand how it can "sell out" when it's never advertised as being in stock on the website for me to order? Like I said I do check every single day. I don't want to have to go else where but its very hard at the moment when I cant get the phone I want from you

    @tescomobile My mobile data was turned off but it must have been automatically turned on after I just did the last update. I have never used more than 1 gig of data ever & now I am over my 2gb allowance & I'm not very happy about it as it was not my fault. Can you help sort this please.

    FYI @tescomobile have a better phone, better data and price freeze for over £15 per month cheaper than you. I've been a Vodafone customer for nearly 20 years and I'm afraid you're going to lose me now. Very poor form to increase bills to loyal customers by nearly 9% mid-contract

    @tescomobile The online system I used went through the full process taking details and then displaying a fault, who do I log a complaint with about poor customer service from Tesco?

    Latest in @tescomobile story. This morning they claimed she owed them £20. I can now reveal they owe her £840. Shockingly poor customer relations too.
