Any know which ombudsman I should contact in regards to @tescomobile and how they take payments, but then say they haven’t even with proof from bank and other TescoMobile employees. @MartinSLewis @Ofcom please help

Please avoid @tescomobile at all costs!! The worst experience I've ever had with a phone provider. Not only is the coverage horrendous outside of Ireland but they have overcharged me by 150 euro and it has been a nightmare to try to get back. Still to no avail.

@tescomobile No service (anywhere) for over a week now. Trying to leave your network (after 7 years) yet getting no where with Customer Services. You continue to charge me for a service you're not providing!

@tescomobile it was great to get a new iPhone at the right price and also a great price on the tariff. HOWEVER very disappointing not to receive great reception. I was better off with o2. I thought you used the same network but been told otherwise.
