@tescomobile got issues with data on my daughters phone. It says she’s used all her data between 2.3.21 and today. She’s hardly had her phone on. I added a data bundle this evening of 1gb, her data is off on her phone but it immediately said that 1gb had been used.what’s going on

@tescomobile Sorry you don’t offer unlimited minutes and texts. (max 3k) sorry you use the O2 network which provided abysmal 4G connection.

@tescomobile I am still waiting for the resolution of the insurance payments you continued to take for years after my late mother cancelled her contract. Would you like to apologise??

@aburp @tescomobile @EE Google the word "essentially". Plus, if you offer a price over a 24 month contract and it's only applicable for 1 of those months, that is a poor contract and they should change the way they advertise their product

@tescomobile Personally I'm with @EE and I'm aware that I pay a bit more than I would elsewhere but I know I'm getting the best coverage and good customer service, it's just less hassle 🙌

@Neopolitan183 @tescomobile I had a similar issue, told one price, then when the phone was delivered I was told it was not possible to have that price, and I could either pay new price or cancel. I’m reluctantly agreed to pay more but did come to a sort of agreement. I should have complained to @Ofcom

@tescomobile What you fail to mention is that TescoMobile is a loss leader for your supermarket business. Maybe say sorry for making £100's Billions from shopping for essentials?

@tescomobile Yikes, increasing tariffs mid contract sucks. It’s been that with with @O2 forever 😐 The whole “invest in making things better” PR line doesn’t sit with me anymore.
