@tescomobile getting an awful lot of scam calls lately. The numbers ringing are very similar to my own. Do you think your database could have been compromised as I’m not the only Tesco customer dealing with this atm

  • richardsatwit Richard D Hallam (@richardsatwit) reported

@tescomobile I have been paying £7.50 per month for quite some time now but the phone is not used. How do I cancel this please?

  • Jennywhitt2 Jennywhitt (@Jennywhitt2) reported

@tescomobile fab customer service answering the call to say the lines are closed phone back tomorrow!!!

  • ksmith142skyco1 ksmith142 (@ksmith142skyco1) reported

@tescomobile Whatever you do AVOID TESCO mobile! Terrible customers service and they will sell you a faulty phone in December but do nothing about it not working within a month. They think it’s okay to leave me without a mobile or anyway of contacting my family in a pandemic! @Apple @tesco

  • MinistryOfGeeks Ministry Of Geeks (@MinistryOfGeeks) reported

@MoG_Cibion @tescomobile @virginmedia At least they're not asking me to do dumb troubleshooting bullshit that doesn't make sense, and are honest about their unwillingness to help. Haha. To be fair though, Virgin really does have some great deals on phones which I wouldn't have checked out without Tescos incompetence

  • ksmith142skyco1 ksmith142 (@ksmith142skyco1) reported

@tescomobile absolutely disgusting bought a new phone on the 6th DECEMBER that is not working! iphone11 contacted them and they offered a repair leaving a single mum in the middle of a pandemic with no way to contact anyone as I have no landline! Same on you

  • JamieSearl7 Jamie Searl (@JamieSearl7) reported from Bedworth, England

@tescomobile Went there they was sat on their phones playing some golf game , sad they had been dead since opened 👍 great help

  • MinistryOfGeeks Ministry Of Geeks (@MinistryOfGeeks) reported

And a second chat with @tescomobile customer service and he was unable to fix this too. So I guess I'm literally unable to upgrade my phone with you now. Nevermind, @virginmedia has a great deal on the phone in looking for.

@tescomobile Not good enough. Checker says good. Others having the same problem. This should be a priority for O2 and you should be all over them to fix the service. Not take 5 days which is impacting multiple customers.
