    @tescomobile i am using tesco 4g data. but this problem is only with whatsapp. it seems that the mobile network prevents phone calls with whatsapp

    @tescomobile Hi, I’ve done all of these steps multiple times in the last 2 years. Still no change so what now? Poor service for 2 years and looking at another year of the same, I can forward screen recordings of the shambles you call a network showing 4G and media just buffering !

    My 10 month battle with @tescomobile continues. All I want is a Doro phone unlocked for my mum! Finally received a number to unlock it and it STILL doesn't work and says it's invalid. I will never shop with Tesco Mobile again after this fiasco. Shocking customer service.
