@tescomobile Yes, I put it into a phone to activate the account, entered the PIN number into the 'my account' page, took the sim out of the phone and put it into the Wi-Fi hotspot. It works ok with the EE card for the account I'm quitting, and shows 5 bars of 4G signal, but no internet access

Still no call from @tescomobile the service from this company is abysmal. What they like doing, is wasting your time with ridiculous live chat where no-one can make a decision. Then they say dm us and we will get you a call back utter joke. Legal action coming tick tok

@tescomobile I’m looking at getting a new contract when I upgraded the person helping told me that because I’m a loyal customer they could take some fee off my contract per month I’m looking to see what deals are available to me now

@tescomobile I would not contract with these guys, they have the worse customer service ever, I bought a phone for my daughter before Christmas which we didn't open which proved to be broken when we opened it on Christmas day. I just got told it was all my problem to fix. Great!
