@CharleneLeary @tescomobile No not yet. Hope your problem is fixed soon, can't believe you've waiting over a month. I hope my Mum hasn't got to wait that long. Good luck. X

@tescomobile It was PAYG. must have been a system issue over the weekend. It would have been handy if someone had posted something on the site. I tried repeatedly to change it but no joy. The good news is I have changed it just now.

@tescomobile I can assure you it is a genuine error, especially after about 10 attempts and the sales team also tried and were unable to process!! No there was no ID as once the message appeared the order disappeared. I note from twitter I'm not the first to have this issue

@tescomobile my mobile data is constantly dropping to 3G or just going off all together the last couple weeks. My phone is ridiculously slow, what is going on?

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot I had a mobile contract with you once. You are by far THE worst company for customer service. You shouldn’t even be in business. I’d recommend anyone of your victims switch to @tescomobile like I did. Vodafone, joke of a company.

@tescomobile Not when a phone mast is down for days and you have no backup for your customers. Nor is there an announcement to let customers know of the issue, I had to find out myself. I've not been able to receive or send calls/texts or use my data for 4 days now.

  • jess_molloy Jess Molloy (@jess_molloy) reported

@tescomobile I keep checking that and it just says there’s a problem with a mast. Unacceptable having no signal for such a long time 😞

  • Mathusha_97 Mathusha (@Mathusha_97) reported

@tescomobile Hi, I've been trying to get a phone with you guys both online and instore but it keeps saying that my details cannot be verified. Please help, thank you!

  • RainTown Kevin Maguire (@RainTown) reported

@tescomobile my dads phone, which was reported lost but later found, is still showing up as blacklisted when I search by IMEI. He’s asked for this to be removed multiple times, instead got a network unlock code. What to do ?
