    @tescomobile Please help. I bought a new phone from you in July and it’s saying it doesn’t recognise that the battery is a genuine @Apple one. It keeps restarting and has done this since I got it. So frustrating. #nothappy

    @tescomobile Hi im on contract and my phone seems to be having issues with recognising theres a sim card in it. This has been happening since this morning. Im with you guys. Is your network having issues? Or is there a problem with my sim card/phone??

    @tescomobile It's taken Tesco Mobile over 72 hours and counting to connect a new sim to their network...and still not connected. Beginning to regret this decision.

    @tescomobile hi, I have had some great help from saydul at the AST dept, he has helped me get back Online and sorted my phone contact. I dont know what i would have done with out his help. Hope gets this message. Cheers🙏

    @tescomobile It's not working across 6 different browsers on 3 different devices, including a fresh install of Opera browser, the problem is not my end. So far it's taken me an hour to try and check my upgrade dates.

    @tescomobile Unfortunately no, I've tried and I just get a message saying you're busy. I am trying to support my sister with learning difficulties on my only day off as I am a nurse. This is starting to really frustrate me, we plan to just cancel contract if not resolved.

    @tescomobile when are giving free data to less fortunate families to help with schooling??? Or least allow common sites zero tariffs.

    @tescomobile Your service is very poor. Not only has it taken nearly 2 weeks to collect a return and countless calls from myself (your team got the address wrong and also failed to log it on one occasion) but now you have just tried to deliver an item I did not even order.

    @tescomobile hi, can I ask what is considered an acceptable amount of time to keep a customer on hold with your company. Currently at 1hr 40 mins and still waiting.
