    @tescomobile I’m astonished to hear this. Maybe because you can’t get people up and running to test the network/service?!? Wasted hours trying to get our accounts. Gave up and now happy with Giffgaff.

    @SirianSto @tescomobile They outsourced their customer services to Capita. That's the problem. I've been with Tesco for years and it used to be so much better. time to move on now as the level of service is going down the pan.

    @tescomobile That must be about the tenth time Tesco have "apologised" but the website is still broken and it's impossible to get through. Means absolutely nothing.
