@tescomobile my partner is a TM customer and currently in the USA on an army exercise. He can’t connect to AT&T, despite repeated attempts, and appears to have used up the whole of his safety buffer trying to do so. To add insult to injury, you’ve locked him out of his account!

  • timjinx Tim Jinkerson (@timjinx) reported from Finchampstead, England

@tescomobile I hate that radio advert, we always shout at it. Being smug is never a good look.

  • SiferJosh Josh King (@SiferJosh) reported

@tescomobile @EE you should be sorry for not being an MVNO and being the no.1 network 7 years in a row according to the latest RootMetrics results. How dare people pay for quality 🙄🙄

  • closed386 closed386 (@closed386) reported

@tescomobile last question if i didn't upgrade would the monthly rolling bill go down in price, as I would have paid off the phone

  • RedPandaFlynn Flynn (@RedPandaFlynn) reported

@tescomobile What kind of *** backwards attack is this? You want to get folks to attack your competitors? That's no way to advertise and whoever let this pass made a terrible decision.

  • Roarkind Rayan Kind 🇬🇧 (@Roarkind) reported

@tescomobile You got me as a customer Tescos it really sucks when other networks start increasing prices mid contract, just waiting for my contract to end and I am coming to you.

  • nickyevans6166 Calm down Mr Apples (@nickyevans6166) reported

@tescomobile I’m with Tesco mobile, can’t say i can use my data allowance as I rarely get a good enough signal. 😡 Thank god for broadband at home!

  • RogerOliver46 Roger Oliver (@RogerOliver46) reported

@tescomobile Rubbish service from tescomobile. I've had no service for days but when i try to get a PAC code to move to O2 i can't receive the text! And is it legal and reasonable for tesco to keep my existing balance as a reward for their rubbish service? NOT impressed!

  • coffeekate2 Kate Oppenheim @Coffee&Kate (@coffeekate2) reported

@tescomobile I’m a Tesco mobile customer and very happy. Wish you offered Broadband, as we’ve tried every provider but no joy.

@aquatic_reviews @tescomobile @O2 You do realise that Tesco piggybacks on o2 network right, if I’ve ever had an issue I would go on chat to them and it gets sorted so hope o2 can sort it for you, the bill is only going up by like a few pence the reason Tesco won’t do that is because the prices are already up to
