@tescomobile Hi. I ordered a new SIM card for my phone last week via Live Chat but two have been sent out. One I've had but because there's another on the way I've no service from the first one I received! I only asked for one new SIM!

  • acehoodflow Jamey ⭐️⭐️ (@acehoodflow) reported

@tescomobile hi, are you able to change one of my sim only contracts to pay as you go for me or do I need to call customer service? There is a note on my account about it as I called up yesterday.

  • markhewitson1 mark hewitson (@markhewitson1) reported

@tescomobile you need to sort stock availability interface with website out. Not for the 1st time in last few weeks I've just wasted an hour watching my basket freezing during upgrade. And it's because you don't have the phone in stock despite what your site shows. Pants service.

@tescomobile Hi, I have been with you since the 8/12/21, I have bought a samsung galaxy watch from Amazon, when I try to setup a mobile plan it says I need a QR code or activation code from my service provider, can you supply me with one, if not I would like to cancel my contract

  • RayRay_1283 Ray (@RayRay_1283) reported

Hi @tescomobile if i buy an Iphone 13 outright, will an EE sim work in it? Love Tesco mobile but unfortunately can only get decent signal with EE in my neck if the woods!

  • SWstudent78 mel (@SWstudent78) reported

@tescomobile 2 months of no signal now.... the team still haven't called me... still paying a small fortune for 5 contracts we can't use at home... have @O2 got "permission" to fix the imaginary down mast yet?

  • fred280 fred smith (@fred280) reported

@tescomobile Thanks for the reply, how do I cancel, I'm within the cooling off period.

@vodafonebiz insurance manager is supposed to be getting back to me today. On the @tescomobile number I bought 2.5 years ago when it took vodafone insurance nearly 6 weeks to replace a phone then. That is a 100% fail rate on their own SLA.
