@tescomobile It was scanned at 289.99 when i questioned this I told rudely by the staff member to buy it online then. Perhaps the staff in store could do with some customer service training?

Terrible experience with @tescomobile after my 17 year old daughter's SIM card broke. 2 new SIMs posted over 2 week period and not arrived. Told the only option is to try posting a 3rd SIM via the same (clearly unreliable) method. Not happy. @tescomobile store equally unhelpful

@tescomobile It doesn't seem to be just the one place it happens, I haven't had a replacement sim from you but I, generally, use the O2 sim as that's the number I use. The no network problem happens across both sims. But I only realise it when I want to use my phone. If anyone tries to......

@tescomobile I took it into a Tesco near me, at the weekend, and the girl reset the network settings. I lost all my Bluetooth pairings and had to put all my WiFi passwords back in. 2 days later, no network connection. I have 2 sims in, an O2 and Tesco and it does it to both.

@tescomobile Contacted customer services & had subsequent email saying not to contact them anymore as its been escalated & trying to be resolved. Sit tight and wait till Tesco mobile can be bothered. What's my wife's cancellation rights bearing in mind you've not honoured the contract?

@tescomobile So the outcome is that @tescomobile can't do anything to help other than try to post another new SIM card via Royal Mail.Even though the previous 2 haven't arrived. @tescomobile store say they can't help. And it's left to me to phone back again.Rubbish service. No solution offered
