@tescomobile Trying to reset password ALL morning. I ALWAYS get the same problem logging in ALWAYS tells me my password is wrong even though it’s not and I have to go through the same reset process. However, this reset is not coming through and I am trying to make a purchase.

@tescomobile how come when I open the Tesco app on my iPad , another reminder appears on the calendar on my Mac, only for the 29th Dec. though. I found over 30 “Tesco order due” for that date. I have 3 other orders that are not affected. Help!

@VodafoneIreland After 2 weeks of no home broadband, one engineer that didnt turn up and two @tescomobile at their data limit due to hot spotting (WFH) STILL no sign of anyone to fix it. HELP PLEASE 😭😭😭

Hey @tescomobile, I was enquiring about how to move provider, told them I was going to move next week but your guy has just cancelled my subscription - right before the chat closed. Now I have no mobile service and can't contact anyone. REALLY bad service!

What a nightmare @tescomobile placed an order last Tuesday, was lost by DPD. Horray finally got to the bottom of it yesterday, replacement sent. Arrived today but no SIM card! Tried to call, systems down. Online chat, replacement SIM now being sent... all in all a real pain!
