@tescomobile Tesco Mobile would be a lot more attractive if it allowed Wifi Calling. For those in poor signal areas it's a key factor in which mobile provider to select.

@tescomobile So, I am confused! I didn't know Tesco Mobile was its own network! Are you really your own network? You are not Telefonica, Vodafone, Three or EE/BT? Where are your mobile phone masts?

@tescomobile No specific issues in my area. I’ll just keep using wood as much as possible. I also wanted to ask about using the Tesco network and my Apple Watch, are these compatible yet for cellular use?

@tescomobile The account holder requested my name to be added - twice. She was assured that it had been added. It's a very poor reflection on tesco that you agreed to do it and didn't. It's the Ryan Air kind of service. Try to make it our fault. If its possible it should've been done by now.

Goodbye @O2 been with you over 10 years and you wouldn’t do a thing to help cut my bill. Now moved to @tescomobile who halved my monthly phone tariff. If that’s how O2 treat long term customers you’ll lose a lot of custom

@tescomobile your signal & network is awful. Been trying to speak to customer service for 3 months, appalling service. Staff are rude, unhelpful, and determined to NOT listen to you. The @Trustpilot reviews say it all. @EUombudsman - can you help please?

@tescomobile Thanks for your advice regarding contacting customer service. Unfortunately you’re advisors didn’t have a clue what I was on about and just said we don’t provide it. Working from home as a business customer is an issue if there are signal problems. 1of 2
