@tescomobile appalling service!! FORTY NINE HOURS without service since receiving a new SIM. ontinual statements.."it takes 24 Hours" seemingly Tescomobile cannot tell O2 to unblock my number!! DISGRACEFUL!!

@tescomobile As I stated yesterday, my partner is on O2 and his friend is using GiffGaff. Both not experiencing any problems. I’m new to the city and also 40 miles away from where I used to live, so I don’t know anyone yet. I have to travel to near Four Oaks to be able to get signal.

@tescomobile hi guys can you help? My 18yr old son is being an arse! a complete disrespectful arse! I want to disconnect his mobile which I pay and can evidence!! but to do this it sends a code to his phone, short of cancelling the DD what is the best way to go about this??

@tescomobile Inputted postcode from central Manchester area, no issues showing. I’ve previously been on VOXI and moved to you for the free roaming. Will be moving to another network if this isn’t sorted. Embarrassing for a city centre to not have network coverage
