@tescomobile Tesco have been utterly useless for me of late. Unable to make or receive calls for three weeks. Fobbed-off with "turn your phone on and off" type advice. The rollout of 5G is the problem!!!

@tescomobile having been with Tesco mobile for years I am disgusted with your attitude and service today. My daughter will be stranded on a train tonight with no working phone - she shouldn’t have bothered upgrading. She’s been told to walk around London to find a temp sim 😡

@tescomobile Jade, my point is that subsequent payments were made. I have moved house, have received no letter of disconnection, there are mitigating circumstances here and I’m not sure why nobody is willing to even engage in finding a solution. This is an appalling way to treat a customer.

@tescomobile I would just like to say thank you to Megan in your Mickleover store for brilliant customer service. She was on her own and had a big queue but never got flustered and gave each customer 100%. A credit to your company. I hope she is appreciated.

@tescomobile We have just rung customer service and apparently there is a technical difficulty you have been unable to solve and have no idea when you will either! We are now seeking to claim compensation for loss of earnings through the ombudsman!

@tescomobile absolute shocking customer service. Wasn’t aware I had missed a payment for my daughters phone in September as payments in October & November continued as normal. That missed payment has been made but you have disconnected the phone and want me to pay £268 ???????
