@tescomobile hi, is there a problem with your telephone customer service? Twice I’ve called to speak to someone (I can’t get the response I need through chat), and after about 6 minutes the hold music is interrupted by a beep, then I can hear background noise but no one speaks.

@tescomobile why couldn't you deal with my problem regarding your network. Over 24 hours after taking out a Tesco's phone contract, I have absolutely NO network coverage. Missed 2 VERY important phone calls today. Have DM'd you as requested, nothing.
