@tescomobile Anyone reading this go with EE they just price matched Tesco. The customer service is appalling and once your in a contract they make it very difficult and expensive to get out of it. Ive just paid £288.50 in order to get out.

  • BTroubble Barney Troubble (@BTroubble) reported

@tescomobile Just two things: 1) Honour your supplier contracts. 2) Stop screwing current suppliers for 'marketing support' Hope this helps.

  • Sad__Owl Where did Covid go?! 🤣 (@Sad__Owl) reported

@4lanFrancis @tescomobile That's £3/month cheaper than my deal with Three Mobile (5 contracts) and been with them 6-7years. Plusnet seem very good value for Broadband as well, and as I used to have them as a BB provide, they answer the customer services phones unlike Talk Talk.

  • Jgreenwood4562 Jonny Greenwood (@Jgreenwood4562) reported

@tescomobile trying to change my DD to 1st from the 22nd and you are trying to charge me 2 monthly bills at once? Surely you can delay it for a long-standing customer with a number of accounts?

  • CrazyComputer Subtitling Ranter (@CrazyComputer) reported

@StormSilverpeak @tescomobile Damn, was thinking of switching to Tesco Mobile but forgot about wifi calling. So still sticking with O2 till you can offer one right? Those funny adverts made me wanting to switch tho. If o2 can’t offer me 5GB for £10 I’m currently on 6GB for £10 and I only use 2GB -3GB per mth

@tescomobile Your food/essential item prices are just as bad.

  • carys_anderson Carys Anderson (@carys_anderson) reported

@DarrenBettison2 @tescomobile Absolute rubbish! Terrible connection, additionally the Sidcup store staff would not replace or repair faulty phone despite being under 6 months old. Blatant disregard of Consumer Rights Act.

  • AO_D97 A1 (@AO_D97) reported
