    @Ohholycow @toastytoastbuns @tescomobile I fully get you there, my main one has been a nightmare since March, now I have another new phone, this is the 4th delivered today. Doesn't take a genius to work out the main account holder is priority surely, my advice insist on speaking to manager, don't even try help on here

    @Peakhillfarm @tescomobile Iv to get into my wheelchair to go sit outside to get a signal and they laughed at me so they won't care about your sick Mother sorry to say ,comreg to complain they are not fit for purpose redress is the only way

    Over a week attempting to order a new phone from @tescomobile online, and every time they "can't verify your details" at Direct Debit stage. Despite them being correct. Tried phoning today, 46 minute call, same issue, advisor "talking to manager" for nearly 20 minutes. 1/2

    @tescomobile continues to be one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Having failed to provide me with phone service for almost 2 months, they now tell me I have to pay £184 to leave my contract and go elsewhere. Furious is an understatement.
