Hey @tescomobile my 67 year old mother went into your store in Ashford to buy a new phone with a sim contract. She isn't very technically minded. She asked the salesman to help her set it up & use the phone. He responded by saying "He was too busy & you don't do that." 😥

@tescomobile good morning. I have contacted your customer care number twice now regarding the issues I’m having with my account due to the functionality of your website. Twice I have been told that it will be investigated and I would be contacted. My first call was on 16.11.22.

@tescomobile @AndyTew9 Excuse me ? Is this correct ? “Due to this, we wouldn't look to compensate for loss of service”

@tescomobile do you do a cheap no data sim like the one asda do for £4 a month. Don't want to move from your network but need a cheap sim only for my son.

@tescomobile @O2 keep promising a fix, but the fix doesn't happen. I know Tesco rely on O2 masts, as a couple of other networks do, and it's not helping these networks when the mast owner (O2) won't get the mast fixed. It's affecting a variety of networks in my area sadly.

Is there anything I can do as my @tescomobile is the worst. Can't even video call. Never any signal available to do anything 😭 5G 🚮 AVOID.. LIKE THE PLAGUE 🐁

  • laurakerr1984 Laura Kerr (@laurakerr1984) reported

@tescomobile trying to upgrade but keep it a secret from my daughter, however she will get a txt notification. Asked the live chat 3 times if this can be stopped and 3 different answers. Can you help?

  • vannerbird ☀Ange☀️ (@vannerbird) reported

@tescomobile Hi Emily. The status checker has been saying similar for months, all through summer since Ive been checking it. Others in the area have been checking it and complaining to O2 for quite a while. Apparently the mast is on someone's property and it's never been fixed.

  • likeateacup Stephanie Joan (of arc?) (@likeateacup) reported

@tescomobile Hi it’s not postcode dependent, I’ve been in SW1W, RH10, WF16, Leeds, and HD7 and had the exact same lack of connectivity in all of them, I even upgraded my phone and hoped that would fix it but it didn’t

  • nicholala85 Nichola (@nicholala85) reported

@tescomobile It's cosmetic. Considering I've had it for two years how can it be expected to be in pristine condition??? The only times I'm voiding warranty is by dropping it or water damage, neither of which occurred. It tried to do a system update and got stuck on a boot loop.
