P Roberts (@pauladr13) reported@tescomobile Just had a useless 45 minute phone call to Tesco mobile complaints going around in circles. No one appears to have any ability to deal with our phone issue and canโt tell us who can! For a communication division this is extremely poor customer care.

Dazza smith (@Dazzasmith12) reported@tescomobile How about your customer services stop repeatedly hanging up on customers, in regard to your faulty app ripping off customers, when attempting to buy data bundles, being refused but then being charged for them anyway. Treating customers as the enemy is not a good idea!
