    @tescomobile Tesco Mobile Sim Card only Customer. Problems with App. So deleted and reinstalled from App Store and can only get as far as entering mobile number?

    @tescomobile It makes it horrible because I have a sd card in but I can transfer anything to it. I use to be able transfer games to it when I had my older Samsung it was good to free up space but I can't now won't let me. All it does is let me put pics on.

    @tescomobile Thank you Maria. I have resolved the problem by myself using two separate devices to work around your bizarre system. It's not something a chatbot is capable of solving. PLEASE DO NOT DO ANYTHING! I have fully updated my account and would prefer it to continue working!

    @tescomobile is your Tescomobile app having issues. Nothing loading and saying there is an error. Deleted and reinstalled and now can’t get on at all?

    @tescomobile hi my son and daughter are on your network and both have had same issues for past week, can't hear phones ringing and missed important appointments and if they call out they can't hear person on the other end, is this a technical problem?

    @tescomobile 2 Tesco mobiles in my household unable to connect to home wifi today, is there an issue with the network?

    @tescomobile They were told they couldn’t cancel until they returned the phone, but the point is they still haven’t received the phone! Meanwhile they are over £200 out of the pocket, no phone and no idea if/when they’ll get refunded

    @tescomobile Yes it’s obviously lost in transit and they have been in contact with Tesco mobile regularly, including today. It’s just very, very frustrating for them. If not resolved soon will have to take the complaint further
