    @tescomobile 4G and wifi of any sort has been down all day? Only back online once I was connected to my house wifi.

    @tescomobile Not connected to network message, not been able to make or receive calls and messages all day, tried from various locations. 3 bars indicated. Any ideas?

    @tescomobile I'm not the account holder. My sister is but she's had enough of speaking to different tesco employees who do nothing. This issue is causing her so much stress she's suffering badly with eczema. All the family has a cut off phone and we are over £80 out of pocket. #Stressed

    @tescomobile None of us can go out due to having our phones cut off because we can't keep in touch with dad and he can't keep in touch with us. Cutting people's phone off and causing endless problems is not good enough when the bill was paid at the weekend.

    profoundly deaf and reliant on his phone (which is linked to his hearing aids) for communication. Do they care NO ONE JOT!! Never again - not if they were the last mobile supplier on the planet. #awfulcustomerservice #theyreallydontcare @tescomobile #worstever
