    What is the problem with @tescomobile??? Haven't been able to make or receive calls since early this morning, despite being in many different areas throughout the day. And now when I check for my area it's saying there are no problems?? Sort it out Tesco!!

    @tescomobile I’ve just been on the phone to Tesco mobile and they are aware that there is a problem with incoming and outgoing calls. Why not put a tweet out to let people know? Useless!

    @tescomobile Used the link you provided. Told me@it sometimes gets busy and I should use Wi-Fi, I clearly stated I couldn’t make or receive calls! My partner is also on Tesco mobile and hers is fine. If my signal could be turned back on that would be good

    @JS2021x Yep same here and that’s my business. Cheers @tescomobile not only going to sting us for EU roaming charges now can’t recieve or make calls or check voicemail. Losing business. One pissed off customer tonight.

    @tescomobile It’s not going to help us in the long run is it, you might be keeping your prices the same but all your customers are going to get hefty bills when going abroad!!!! At least this black out is preparing us for the future if we stay with @tescomobile #tescomobikedown #holidays

    @tescomobile Thank you for your reply, the person we spoke to today was much better, it does hopefully seem like a one time thing, I just hope the first person I spoke to gets retrained in disability awareness when my complaint goes through. 🤞
