  I’ve had my mob number for over 13 years. @bt_uk confirmed with bills, PAC code. Yet when I tried to port it to @tescomobile, they repeatedly claimed my number was “inactive,” ignored my accessibility needs, and refused to escalate my complaint despite me asking multiple times.

  @tescomobile Why was I told a refund would be processed yet now I’ve received an email stating it won’t. You can not take payment for a service, cut off that service and keep the money for it. Absolutely furious at the lack of customer service and ineptness of your ‘care’ team.

  @tescomobile is the app down as it’s not loading on mine or my partners phones? I’ve tried deleting and redownloading etc but it’s not working
