@tescomobile have to say you have fantastic customer service. Messaged one staff member early this morning and then chatted to two more. They helped save my daughter’s birthday as I’d clicked on the wrong colour phone for her upgrade and didn’t realise until it came yesterday 😬

@tescomobile very disappointed that had no signal or data at Fairford for the last week. I was told that O2 refused to put extra support in the area due to the air tattoo which is what normally happens. EE provided this for their customers so not sure why were we left our?

Thank you for highlighting this important topic #GMB. @tescomobile are just as bad. I have tried for the last six months to have my Dad’s mobile contract cancelled since he lost capacity due to dementia.

Well after many many yrs with @EE since they were one2one its time to leave the network and join @tescomobile. In times of the Cost of Living crisis you got to go with the cheaper provider who can offer the same phone and sim equivalent. Loving my @SamsungMobile S22 Ultra :)
