@tescomobile Hi jade spoke to an advisor this morning.. the mast is ok the sim is clean. We ordered a 5g card for my daughter they have switched mine and her sim cards off and we will have to wait till they arrive before we get any service. Really disappointed.. I didn't want 5g card.

@tescomobile I, like so many tweet my frustration when there's a problem. On this occasion it was my error but Shaz in customer services was excellent. Promised to call me in 2 weeks when the problem phone was in my possession and did exactly that. Deserves a mention.

@tescomobile Help! I topped up my phone this morning, got a message saying my Rocket Pack had gone through, and then received one a while later telling me it hasn’t. Can you please tell me what’s going on as the app isn’t very helpful!

@tescomobile See? No thought to how to solve the problem, offer to pass the matter on to decision-makers or make things easier for customers, especially in THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. Just the usual "I'm sorry, it can't be done." You're a joke.
