    @tescomobile Elderly patient spent all summer in hospital with no visitors due to Covid restrictions. Phone and FaceTime only contact with family. Due to poor wifi used extra data. Charged £250 with NO compassion or co-operation. Customer service team horrible

    @tescomobile Hi Maria, it was ”processed” on 8/9, spoke to another customer services rep on 13/9 who said it can take 3-5 working days!!! So disappointed to say the least 😣

    @tescomobile It’s not my home postcode it’s my work one. I get signal as soon as I get a certain distance away so it’s an issue with the area i just wondered when it would be sorted as thats been a while. The postcode id rather not post public though

    @tescomobile Hi afternoon I have a new android phone. Instead of delete it gives me the option of archieve. Is that down to you, android or the phone maker? Does archieve take up any space on my phone?

    @tescomobile Hello. I need help with an A71 Samsung which has stopped working since an update. I am told by Customer Care that I will be charged for a repair. If it cant be repaired i will have to pay my existing contract to upgrade. Samsung have admitted it is a software

    @tescomobile is there a problem with the website today? I’ve just taken out 2 contracts today and trying to log in to my account and it either says wrong password (from my mobile) or it says link doesn’t work (from my pc). I’m using link from email from Tesco mobile.
