@tescomobile I have and they were no help and say I have to go back to store. Which defeats on line shopping.

@BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile they sold me one for Β£6. All is well. But I am thinking of switching to another new phone. Same terms and conditions. Also when/if I do I will get a upgraded model and it will contain a new battery. Good luck with your complaint.

@tescomobile Why is the network coverage in my home town so utterly diabolical since you (O2) 'upgraded' the local cells to 5G?? Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! 🀯

@iona11011 @tescomobile Their problem, not yours. Your contract is with the retailer, not the courier. Under S29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain at the traders risk until they come into your possession.

@tescomobile customer service is so bad - my new phone arrived without the eSIM activation and now I have to jump through so many hoops to get my code

  • REDDORGU

@tescomobile absolute crap signal everyday for about 8 weeks

@BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile I dumped, when they told it was my phone the problem, I got a Smarty sim... same phone no problems, 100% better

There’s never been a worse network than @tescomobile, why can I never get a signal in my hometown but other people can?

  • ReviewShau42660
    Shaun Reviewer (@ReviewShau42660) reported

@tescomobile There may be no fault, but also virtually NO signal to make/receive calls in Bournemouth BH4 area all of the time.
