@tescomobile Thanks. Just checked and said OK. Restarted both my wife and my phone and ok now. Odd as no signal here, totnes or Ashburton. Thanks for your help

@tescomobile hi once i have paid off my usage contract for my phone this year, would i only have to pay for the credit agreement (ends next year) - if this is the case would my bill go down ?

@tescomobile Will have to read small print incontract. Sure it says a fee can be paid and trade up early? No idea. No help in the shop. You have brilliant deals now which aren't available to me. Not happy as very weak intermittent signal anyway. Can hardly use the phone.

@tescomobile Only option i have to double my data to 10GB a month is to pay for Club Card plus. All extra costs on top of £17.99 a month. So yet another £7.99 a month plus phone insurance. Lots of money for a phone signal very weak most of the time.

@tescomobile It was guaranteed for Saturday which is a normal working day. Your website clearly wasn’t updated to reflect this. I was advised in store to order online because they didn’t have what I wanted. I’m now risking a phone being delivered to an empty house! Such poor service.
