    @tescomobile Thanks. Just checked and said OK. Restarted both my wife and my phone and ok now. Odd as no signal here, totnes or Ashburton. Thanks for your help

    @tescomobile aunt had phone stolen. Wants to cancel UK tesco sim and end contract. Called customer services but couldn't remember passwords and was refused access by customer services on the phone. How can she cancel as it is still active but, she might be racking up charges 🙈🙈

    @tescomobile Not happy I need a manager or someone in charge of the Tesco's mobile company to give me a call back on 07983 053689 and I'm brave they're Trust because they're not doing as they've been asked I've been a customer for over 10-years and or maybe less this is the worst time

    @tescomobile why don’t you carry out better checks when people buy mobile phones? I am fed up of being targeted for identifying fraud. If someone is not paying their bills why do you allow they to wrack up a debt of thousands? Seems rather foolish and stupid way to do business.
