@tescomobile Thanks. Just checked and said OK. Restarted both my wife and my phone and ok now. Odd as no signal here, totnes or Ashburton. Thanks for your help

@tescomobile please sort out your data issues. I still have no data on my phone even though I've been in store swapped simcards turned phone off and back on again cleaned simcard . Had a chat via mobile account also Please sort it. 🙏

@tescomobile 3 live chats and I’ve just had the phone put down on me. I pay monthly and you have made my sim PAYG. Worst service I’ve ever had. 3 weeks without a phone because of this

@tescomobile Now the phone is unusable, I was advised to take my phone to Samsung - I have no issue that the phone needs to be fixed but them but Tesco have not offered any form of support in the meantime.

@tescomobile Very unimpressed with your 'service'. My mobile (Samsung Flip Z) developed a crack along the fold over the phone around 3 weeks ago. Contacted Tesco insurance and was told, 'The damage is only cosmetic so is not covered by the insurance' (P1)
