    @tescomobile Thanks. Just checked and said OK. Restarted both my wife and my phone and ok now. Odd as no signal here, totnes or Ashburton. Thanks for your help

    @tescomobile Tried to sort it out but to no avail..went to the shop and they said they would send a fix it guy but we haven't received the email he said we would get.. honestly I'm at my wits end with it..still not connecting to home yet everything is..🤷

    @tescomobile I've tried that too its just not happening and I've really tried..so looks like it is back to the store(again)..never had this problem with tesco I'm a customer too but this is getting silly now..

    @tescomobile why can no one help me reset my password??? Have tried chat and a phone call just going round in circles and emails to set password not coming through. Absolutely useless.Have never had this issue before.😡😡😡

    @tescomobile @Tesco @tescocustomers1 On 21 January. I called many times before then and each time was told fraud would call back between 2-5 days and they never did. I’ve spent hours trying to find anyone to help.

    @tescomobile Can't sign in to tesco mobile because I do not have a number when it sends 'enter this code' to a number that is not registered in fact I can't do anything.

    @tescomobile That does seem to have resolved the intermittent connectivity problems. Is there a development roadmap for when we can expect infrastructure improvements in and around Cambridge?

    @tescomobile today I decided to end my contract with Tesco and asked for a pac code. I was text to call before I leave. I decided to pop in the store to see what I could be offered. Your Bradford Great Horton branch needs new staff. Imagine sitting texting while WITH a customer?!
