  @tescomobile absolutely fuming reported fraud happening yesterday, possible sim swap. No action taken and lost number today. Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.

  @adzk80 @tescomobile agree totally infuriating situation from tesco mobile, its been a lot of hassle and I will probably move away when my own contract is up in a few months if this is now their customer care

  @tescomobile I have a pay monthly sim and want to temporarily forward my calls to another number, however it seems that I am unable to do that as when I try to do it in my phone settings it’s doesn’t work. Do you not allow diverting to a different number on your network?

  @tescomobile Hi, I need help with billing for this month’s payment as I couldn’t pay out on time and only just have enough funds in my bank account today. The tesco mobile app says the bill is paid but in my bank it bounced/did not come out yet.

  @iona11011 @tescomobile Their problem, not yours. Your contract is with the retailer, not the courier. Under S29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain at the traders risk until they come into your possession.
