He runs a small business and has lost out on work because of his phone not working and Tesco’s says they can’t help.

Issue is I've been told this for 3 weeks now and am still waiting! I literally just want the service I'm paying for that's all

Ali Collins (@AliColl59778215) reported@tescomobile Instead of buying a second hand phone he decided to use Tesco mobile so more reliable. What a mistake! It has never worked fully from the date he got it. Now told it is out of warranty so nothing he can do until 2023 when contract ends.
