    @tescomobile I can’t believe the incompetence of your staff on the phone. After 14 hours of trying to get this issue resolved I’ve finally took the bold step and cancelled my phone contract! Such a simple request and you’ve made me feel like I’m asking for the world! Disgraceful

    @paulrdon @tescomobile I would cancel Paul! Network is poor all times, I’ve been trying to resolve for nearly 12 months! But am tied in now unfortunately

    @tescomobile Are you having problems with your website, as when I try and checkout a upgrade I get a red box saying we are having technical difficulties try again, been like it since early this morning.

    @andrewgerson4 @tescomobile I've had a problem with @tescomobile too,was having serious issues with 4 accounts so cancelled and was assured no early termination fees, then my new bill arrived I was expecting a "final bill" with a nominal figure only to find they've charged me early termination fees, 😡

    If your looking for a new phone/phone provider, don’t use @tescomobile. My new phone has been without signal for over a week - making life really difficult. Really difficult to get by without a phone 😡😡😡 #tesco #tescomobile

    @tescomobile I have been a pay as you go customer for many years but decided to have a new cheap phone on contract,not good so asked to cancel and return to PAYG and keep original number was told OK,3 online chats,1 rude call and still nothing,awful!

    @tescomobile I’ve requested to speak to a manager but the manager refused to come the phone. How am I supposed to complain about the staff not doing their jobs properly? I’ve been trying to sort out this issue for an entire week!

    @tescomobile hi could you help, my phone signal is not working. Phone restarted, removed sim card and inserted again. Nothing! My sim card is fairly new. Any advice? Thanks Ps: my dad's signal is perfect. He's on tesco mobile too.
