    @tescomobile I did a network reset and still no joy. A member of your team told me to raise a formal complaint and this will be responded to within 24-48 hours. AGAIN, this has still not been fulfilled. I am paying for a service I am not receiving. I want this resolving ASAP!

    @tescomobile what is happening with your network? Awful coverage, poor signal, cannot have a conversation with anyone or get online. It’s like trying to use dial up on an iPhone. 💩

    @adzk80 @tescomobile I gave up she's been told all week the SIM will be activated in 24 hours, yesterday live chat tried saying the mast in the area was down (rubbish as my phone was fine)and then reverted to will be active in 24 hours, this was too much for an 80 year old so boxed it up .....

    @tescomobile joke of a company 4 weeks ago I took a contact out 3 days ago the sim stated working After constant calls I was only informed last week you have issues with new sims I have had to keep another sim open for an extra month because of this Continued

    @tescomobile how long does it take for Tesco mobile to activate a phone? My wife been trying since Thursday PM, and still nothing. Been to shop and they are saying wait 24 hours, wait 24 hours. Not a great start tbh...gimme some help please, don't fob me off.

    @tescomobile When are you going to give your customers Visual Voicemail (if ever)? You use O2’s network and they provide this service, so why don’t you?
