    @tescomobile I can appreciate it isn't your fault Royal Mail are behind, but I really don't think my phone should have been disconnected until you had confirmation the new sim had arrived. Its disappointing I've been left with no service. Thanks for getting back to me though.

    @tescomobile are there general issues with the network atm, I haven't had any signal for 3 days yet the postcode tracker says everything is fine. Notice a lot of people seem to be having similar issues?

    @tescomobile absolutely sick to the back teeth of your 4G (and even 3G) coverage where I live and more so, work. Cannot wait to my contract is up and gtf away from your network. Atrocious service.

    @tescomobile issues with my phone for the first time! Cant connect to any mobile calls but they can call me. Works fine to landlines. Can’t think what to try…help?!

    @tescomobile Hi, requested a new sim on Tues & was told that it could take 3-5 days to arrive. No problem. The issue I have is I was told my old sim would be disconnected on the day of the new sims arrival and my phone has been disconnected today with no new sim in sight?!

    @tescomobile I'm trying to text my friends in America (I'm in California now and trying to text their American phone numbers) but getting the error code 69 even though I've just put money on my account. How do I fix this? I need to keep in contact with them for my safety

    @tescomobile @ThreeUK hi, my calls will not connect to a Three Mobile number. Can you please tell me if there is any issues with each of your networks please. The calls do not ring and say Call Failed. However, I can get calls from the Three number.
