    @tescomobile When are you going to give your customers Visual Voicemail (if ever)? You use O2’s network and they provide this service, so why don’t you?

    @teresaptaszek @tescomobile Yet another of a constant attack on tesco mobile by somebody. For what it's worth, I have had many many years of excellent service from them.

    @tescomobile you really need to send your staff to the same training as EE. Been trying to deal with you guys from Thursday regarding my mums death and had nothing but problems. At a time I’m grieving and need help not more problems.

    @cyclist13 @tescomobile Sounds like really poor service. My provider stopped doing top up support via phone so it is only via app/website. I wonder if the regulator are aware, the app issue and topping up issue seem like would be widespread problems?
