Andrew Axford 🏴 (@andrewaxfordgb) reportedHey @tescomobile, what happened? Me and wife used to get perfect signal at home (LN6 Lincoln) - but now 1 bar and unable to make any calls. Having to use WhatsApp over wi-fi. Why? Not able to make calls until back on the A46. #withamsthughs #tescomobile

Scott Small (@scottjsmall) reported@JohnStable24816 @tescomobile Worst ever provider to deal with when you leave them. British law says transferring mobile numbers should be easy, and done straight away. It took two months for Tesco to release my son’s number. No phone for a teenage, life was hell at the time.

Craig Bailey (@Craig_Bailey41) reported@tescomobile @EE It just seems to be everywhere, I have to rely on WiFi to be able to communicate with my phone. It just seems poor on a whole. 😕

Sean (@SeanSav31) reported@tescomobile Totally get it rolls over but to leave it for 7 years is a joke… he did upgrade but whoever did it never upgraded that contract. They put him on a new one hence he was never aware this one was still active. Pretty sure he’s been misled. What’s the email for a complaint?

Martitta (@MShazzzi) reported@tescomobile I didn’t have signal for whole month like the rest of my area due to o2 updates, been promised credits for no services and each time I contact the chat incompetent people ask me where do I experience issue. Sort this out please. Paid £113 for no service, unacceptable

ImMrMac (@InMrMac) reportedAnd yet again @tescomobile stiffs me. Offer a bundle you can’t use or renew to and all they can say is ‘we will work on the issue’ but sorry not sorry you can’t use this offer Surely this is false advertising and borderline scamming customers
