    @tescomobile It was guaranteed for Saturday which is a normal working day. Your website clearly wasn’t updated to reflect this. I was advised in store to order online because they didn’t have what I wanted. I’m now risking a phone being delivered to an empty house! Such poor service.

    @tescomobile I’m an existing customer. I ordered a 2nd device Feb21 I refused delivery and cancelled over the phone. You charged me this month for not returned device. Please sort. TY

    @tescomobile @SamsungMobile I've got A21s galaxy but over last few weeks its freezing, closing down on its own, only showing notifications hours after they've been put on. Its not even 12 month old yet. What is wrong with it.

    @tescomobile Thank you. I'll try that. The problem of patchy to non-existent service has been going on for at least a month. Also, anecdotally, with O2* elsewhere in inner SE London. *I'm aware that it's an O2 issue.
