  Man I was so happy to be going to @tescomobile when my o2 contract ended but the whole system is terrible!! Terrible customer service, I’ve had a nightmare!! Customer service will always win over price!

  @tescomobile What’s even worst, you have lost my old number which I had for 7 years! I am losing business every day, can’t make simple call! I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   @tescomobile Honestly waste of everyone's time. Your network is poor. I've mentioned it before, others have mentioned it before but you don't invest in it or improve it. Coverage is awful but many other networks in UK also poor. Just try and make it better. I know you cant personally!

  @tescomobile you've told my mum tonight she can't use her upgraded phone for 3 weeks due to sim change (to smaller sim) but no one told her this when she upgraded? And she was asked 3 times how she got the sim which you sent with the phone!! This is awful customer service

  Called @tescomobile to port my number from different network after signing contract, every day I’ve called customer service. Nobody have a clue why my mobile number is still not active. Today I found out, all Tesco mobile customer service offices are in South Africa! We pay UK prices and all customer care services are moved to South Africa!!! Why British offices are not operating? Paying UK prices and getting services from Africa… That’s absolute madness!

  @tescomobile we were told a few weeks ago that a mast was down in our area affecting signal. Please can you check if I provide a postcode? We rely on your network for both phones and our internet and they’re both performing very poorly recently.

  After getting a new 🆕 phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. 👍🏻💯
