  @tescomobile What’s even worst, you have lost my old number which I had for 7 years! I am losing business every day, can’t make simple call! I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   Every time I come home from travelling abroad I am immensely frustrated by how crap our phone network coverage is. What would be classed as "developing countries" have far better infrastructure than the UK. Quite honestly its a disgrace @tescomobile

  @tescomobile - Is there a reduction in service to the general East Kent area please? Increasingly, I find zero reception in locations where I used to have strong 5G performance. My phone is up to date and has been re-started.

  @tescomobile Ordered new sim as mine was faulty. Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. There’s no post til Monday now. Surely this can’t be right?

  @iona11011 @tescomobile Their problem, not yours. Your contract is with the retailer, not the courier. Under S29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain at the traders risk until they come into your possession.

  @tescomobile Still the same issue nearly a week later. Engineers are working on it. The fact I am expecting calls from hospital is the issue. Hopefully the problem is resolved soon. Only been with Tesco mobile a month and already having issues

  @EE have used EE mobile for years and latest renewal offers are terrible. I don’t even want the latest #iphone but still looking at about £10 a month extra. Looking at @tescomobile now.
