    @tescomobile can't make or receive any calls, texts, or use data 😒 I've contacted you 3 times already, over the last 3 weeks and 0 help. I want this month's payment refunded please. And yes of course I've restarted my phone.. Still waiting on a new sim I asked for weeks ago

    @tescomobile my daughter is in Turkey with her 3 young children. She’s in hospital with them because the 8 year old had had an accident. She can not ring out to anyone. Please help

    @tescomobile No it’s not been referred yet! Still waiting for a reply from 4 days ago! Did get a email yesterday to say still waiting for back office to reply. Shocking service!!! Come on ‘back office’ sort it out!!!!!!!

    @ttb1965 @tescomobile Did your alert eventually come through? It's weird that the only person to get the alert in this house was my son's girlfriend who is on a different network provider.
