    @tescomobile It was in store so I’ll sort it there. Is there a known issue with the o2 coverage currently. It just says my area is very busy but this is ridiculous

    @tescomobile It is an iPhone X and as well know from Google, battery longevity is an issue, so in addition under the Sale of Goods and Services act (or whatever it is these days!) it is not lasting a reasonable time nor is the fault not present at time of sale (since it's common)

    I’ve had 10 scam phone calls today, 10! All from different numbers. @tescomobile any way you can help me out with this? I’m blocking them on my device but it’s driving me mad! Cheers.

    @tescomobile I need some support as I currently have no network coverage. It’s lasted all day, I have taken SIM card out & cleaned it and still no network coverage at all. No one else in the house in Tesco mobile are having the same issues.
