    @tescomobile - did you check that everywhere had good 4G capability before you turned off your 3G..?.. Since your 3G got turned off my new 4G phone regularly drops the signal and cuts off important calls or blocks text messages.

    Hi @tescomobile I have had no service on my phone for 17 days. Customer service say they can't give any idea of how much longer this will go on. I have a child at nursery & an ill father in a care home. I need to be reachable by phone. Can you help, please?

    @tescomobile Honestly waste of everyone's time. Your network is poor. I've mentioned it before, others have mentioned it before but you don't invest in it or improve it. Coverage is awful but many other networks in UK also poor. Just try and make it better. I know you cant personally!

    @tescomobile AGAIN! About the time of update, there is another problem with my phone. Last update I couldn't charge my phone whilst turned on, this update my headphones won't work on most videos except adverts. WHY?

    @tescomobile ... ONCE AGAIN I AM HAVING SERIOUS PROBLEMS TOPPING UP MY MOBILE PHONE WHICH IS ESSENTIAL TO MY LIFE ... I CANT USE YOUR MOBILE APP AS WONT RECOGNISE ME... I TOPPED UP ON THE 9TH WITH EE CARD SERVICES... THEY HAVE TAKEN £19.60 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT YOU TELL ME
