@tescomobile She phones my brother most days, he doesn’t answer to save her credit but rejects her call then phones her back. Should she be charged the 10p charge for this as we’re fairly certain she never used to be.

@tescomobile @O2 There is something wrong with the 4G in my area, it's quite localised but on both Tesco and O2 contracts everything that uses data is loading very slowly, or not at all. Been like it all day! I live opposite phone masts so one is having an issue.

@tescomobile hey, my bills are all paid however I’ve not had any coverage for over 24hrs now. Are there any known problems in the Bournemouth & Poole areas (BH postcodes) or is this just an issue for me?

@tescomobile I've been speaking to your technical help lot, they suggested changing my sim card, did that and it's still not working properly so no idea what the issue is.
