@tescomobile I already have these details and I'm still waiting for a response. Tesco Mobile seriously need to invest more training in their overseas customer service and take ownership of issues raised by customers instead of the customer going round in circles and achieving nothing.

@tescomobile @clairefweir investigation into my parcel containing soap (not a phone!) raised on the 23rd September (via tescomobile cust. service here). Told multiple times investigation takes 5 working days. Told today 3rd October it actually will take another 4 working days.

@tescomobile @clairefweir the thing is, this shouldn't be all on my time. Some of it yes, that's fair (3days, 5days) all good. But it should be taken seriously and good contact with the customer should happen rather than this ramshackle approach. Being told different things etc.

@tescomobile we have been trying to upgrade our phones but when we get to the payment section it says the payment is unsuccessful? Doesn't seem to be a problem our end as we have used our cards with no problems. Is there a problem with your system at the moment?

@tescomobile Your reports say the mast is repaired. But isn't. Non existent yet you're saying there's no issue. Having to use WiFi after a month of you saying the mast is now sorted, when it clearly isn't. I've paid for a month's service that I have been unable to use. Refunds need issuing

2/2 @clairefweir @tescomobile What more do I need to do? I've been a customer since 2017 (possibly earlier). How many days must I wait? How can 5 days keep getting longer and longer? Is this the right way to treat a customer? Just stonewall them & give stress and worry!
