    Just an update. @tescomobile still haven't rectified my issues. Please, whatever you do, do not use them. 6 Sims, 4hrs of calls, and still my two girls phones don't work. All they have done so far is palm me off with a link to their "online chat room"

    @tescomobile Rubbish service from tescomobile. I've had no service for days but when i try to get a PAC code to move to O2 i can't receive the text! And is it legal and reasonable for tesco to keep my existing balance as a reward for their rubbish service? NOT impressed!

    @tescomobile What kind of *** backwards attack is this? You want to get folks to attack your competitors? That's no way to advertise and whoever let this pass made a terrible decision.

    @tescomobile I left Tesco afterawful customer service eg paying for two phone contracts for 2 phones that were not working but Tesco did not seem bothered to mend

    @tescomobile @tescomobile your customer service is appalling, my phone has been stolen and cannot afford to replace it at the moment, but you are still making me pay for my usage when IM NOT USING ANYTHING can’t wait for my contract to be over so i can go to @O2

    @tescomobile my partner is a TM customer and currently in the USA on an army exercise. He can’t connect to AT&T, despite repeated attempts, and appears to have used up the whole of his safety buffer trying to do so. To add insult to injury, you’ve locked him out of his account!

    @tescomobile @EE you should be sorry for not being an MVNO and being the no.1 network 7 years in a row according to the latest RootMetrics results. How dare people pay for quality 🙄🙄
