    @Jaquix1X @tescomobile Hi Jaqui xxx I got there in the end, thanks. I was quite happy with my old PAYG, because I never use my blimmin phone. Got a 'bundle' now that I have to remember to top up or lose the bundle. Had to pay a charge to top up too. So I'm paying even tho I made no calls last month!

    @tescomobile So I just carry on using the mobile I've had with you for the last 4 years on the account I've had with you for the last 10+ years. Shocking customer service
