    @tescomobile serious question, when topping up with yourselves will I need to deal with a two factor authentication hurdle or can I just sign in and top up? [been years since I was with Tesco mobile] GiffGaff are doing my head in with theirs.

    @Tescomobile what on earth is going on with the signal quality in Maidstone?! Trying to speak to a customer service agent I had to do laps around the house to be able to understand a word he was saying!

    @tescomobile Unacceptable service. I have been trying to access my current number for over a month and yet nothing. Tried sim swap twice and three replacement sim cards. Absolutely terrible…. It should not take this long to resolve a simple issue.

    @tescomobile warning to others, my Tesco device has been blacklisted (for no apparent reason) for the second time in 2 months. Almost three weeks on and it’s still not resolved, escalated to various teams who each tell me they’ll get back to me then never do. Disgraceful.

    Been with @tescomobile for YEARS!!- go to upgrade my contract with a club card deal,realise they have my old address, cant upgrade for 72hrs, missed out on the deal&the cust service has been shocking -surely there is some autonomy to reward loyal customers?!?

    @tescomobile I have tried for 2 days then I went in store and they had the same problem. I've been at my address just over a year and a half and I did give my old address too.

    @tescomobile You guys are all ******* mugs, I'm paying for Unlimited data because I need it but my connection is slow as ****. I have full bars but I'm getting less than 1mbps... can shove your contract up your arse, muppets Why make people pay for a service you can't provide?

    @davinamcm @tescomobile Surely you can still honor the deal for a long standing customer. People have lots going on trying to budget with the inflation challenges and don't stop to check addresses on everything as most use email now. Also did you guys not check? Come on Tescos do the right thing here
