    @tescomobile Whats the point in the perspex, or the arrowed box? Whoever designed your "covid safe" environment doesn't quite understand it. Again, the psychology of talking down to customers creates an atmosphere no one likes. Staff pointing down to a chair as if your a naughty child?

    @tescomobile after 4mths of problems getting a new phone off virginmobile and finally it being cancelled i go tesco 2night and get myself a new iphone to get home & realise you dont even get a plug in the box & only a lightening cable which isnt even usb so have no charger😭😭😭

    @MartinSLewis I believe that @tescomobile misled me into entering a credit agreement with them for a business I worked with and they are refusing to work with me to resolve the issue, can you offer any assistance or advice? I've spoken to them 5 times in the last week.

    @tescomobile Hi Laura. He stayed on the chat till 8pm in a queue and then it shut down. @claireoakes72 rang concerns team at 19:45, they should have called her at 18:30, and then missed a call back. Could they at least have an email address to sort this?

    @tescomobile appalling customer service. 2.5 weeks after used battery pack delivered instead of iPhone, no resolution, having to chase customer services constantly, no one able to deal, utter utter shambles. Upset spouse, upset child
