@tescomobile my mum got one of your pay monthly phones & insurance. After a few days she returned the phone and told the shop she wanted to cancel the phone & insurance. She’s still being charged now and can’t use her old sim as the number must be with you still

Never been so disappointed with @tescomobile in my life no one can explain why they have took extra money when they shouldn’t of done ooh and why did a woman ask for some of my moms bank details when it’s on the system 🤔

@tescomobile do you know why half if my apps on my phone are not working they just shut down. Bern like this since lastnight.
