@tescomobile how long does it take for Tesco mobile to activate a phone? My wife been trying since Thursday PM, and still nothing. Been to shop and they are saying wait 24 hours, wait 24 hours. Not a great start tbh...gimme some help please, don't fob me off.

@MrChrisAdley @tescomobile After several phone calls and not a helpful chat box we still got nowhere, a lot of hassle to get in to a network with a new phone so we cancelled sent the phone back and went with EE

@tescomobile I have a Samsung S20 and would like WiFi calling activated as I have no phone signal at home. The activation option does not exist on my phone. I believe Tesco have to activate it. Can someone get back to me. Thanks.

@adzk80 @tescomobile agree totally infuriating situation from tesco mobile, its been a lot of hassle and I will probably move away when my own contract is up in a few months if this is now their customer care

@tescomobile raised a complaint on 29th January. Told 15 days for a reply. Still waiting and customer service chat people are utterly useless and can only suggest raising complaint again to see if that get a response! Are you serious? How do I escalate this please

@tescomobile hi Tesco, just visited 3 different parts of the UK, can’t get any signal in any of them, showing 4 bars but nothing working or sending, need to talk about termination of contract, I’m on my local health board emergency call out list and can’t rely on you
