@tescomobile @Tesco I shop elsewhere. Places that don't exploit the working class and the poor. Shame on you

@nonee3 @tescomobile I lost all TM service from the 15th. Tesco Mobile store (within supermarket) said they'd seen a lot of connection issues recently but we're unable to solve. I'm leaving their network.

Really disappointed with @tescomobile customer service - especially having been a customer for 17 years. Was initially told I would receive a good will gesture, only to be told an hour later after speaking to 4 different people that there wouldn’t be. Definitely don’t recommend

@tescomobile No not a SIM problem - appears that all O2 and tescomobile internet services are not working in my area. I have escalated this through customer services. What I cannot understand is why there was no notification to me that the service was not operational. This is poor!

@tescomobile Utter crap, this was NOT a customer care issue it was a serious security issue. It should be possible to report a lost or stolen phone easily at ANY TIME.

@O2 @tescomobile networks currently non-operational and has been all day. What is going on? @Ofcom. All I get is a 3G signal which doesn't work.😡

@tescomobile @saramihalas An amazingly ambiguous hope and no help what so ever. Give timeline or its the usual misleading Comms.

@tescomobile Unfortunately 14 days isn’t long enough to test the area for decent signals. It’s not until you start to travel further afield or pop into town that you suddenly realise you keep losing the signal. Really takes the shine off my new phone.
