    @tescomobile hi once i have paid off my usage contract for my phone this year, would i only have to pay for the credit agreement (ends next year) - if this is the case would my bill go down ?

    @tescomobile @Tesco There is nothing on their website referring to sim-free phones. Never mind, I'll got to Carphone Warehouse, they do them.

    @tescomobile It was guaranteed for Saturday which is a normal working day. Your website clearly wasn’t updated to reflect this. I was advised in store to order online because they didn’t have what I wanted. I’m now risking a phone being delivered to an empty house! Such poor service.
