@tescomobile I had been looking at that and in the list of number of customer complaints you were equal to Sky Mobile. Can you direct me to where it says in the report that you were above them? It feels like your reply just now is talking about different things than your original Tweet.

@tescomobile No idea how your customer service is the worst leaving me with out a service for over a week telling me just take sim out clean it put it back in after messing up porting my number over had to leave networks to get a service that worked

@tescomobile Maybe it's because some complaints are ignored. I sent a complaint through the website link ages ago and have heard nothing. Perhaps they are busy but shouldn't be if the Ofcom report mentioned is correct @tescomobile

@tescomobile She's on a payg lite tariff I think (triple credit one, tops up. Now using wifi is putting her credit down, it's getting ridiculous. The phone was from yourselves so is the phone or sim at fault. If I dm details cqn you check her account

@tescomobile @O2 There is something wrong with the 4G in my area, it's quite localised but on both Tesco and O2 contracts everything that uses data is loading very slowly, or not at all. Been like it all day! I live opposite phone masts so one is having an issue.
