    @tescomobile Stay away from tesco mobile. I've got useless reception and they want to charge me £160 to cancel a sim only contract. I have to pay up or have a phone that doesn't work...

    @tescomobileire Hi TescoMobile, Both my folks are on your network and have come up North where I'm living, they don't seem to have signal and can't change to a different provider because the rest are locked, all settings apn etc are correct, this is the first time it's happened

    @tescomobile Instead of buying a second hand phone he decided to use Tesco mobile so more reliable. What a mistake! It has never worked fully from the date he got it. Now told it is out of warranty so nothing he can do until 2023 when contract ends.

    @tescomobile Sorry Maria, the customer is always right. It not my fault that you think it important that you can wash you hands if I deal with the Irish leg of the company and at some point, someone has responsibilities for both arms of the company and quality of service for both.

    @tescomobile having serious issues regarding 4g and 5g signal on my phone. Currently our WiFi is down and was hoping to use my data but can't even connect to the tesco mobile Internet at all

    Maybe I didn’t look rich enough , I went in enthusiastic willing to get a new phone and sign up for the right deal ,but she put me right off and she also said I should ring apple as my phone was probably broke,sorry @tescomobile Didn’t feel at all valued as a customer at all

    @tescomobile absolutely fuming, made 5 calls to you and was assured that you would NOT take £850 from my account for a phone that has been returned but you have taken it😡😡 bad customer service!!!

    @tescomobile I tbink it more fun in the public domain. Why should I care that you think crappy service from your sister organisation. Competition is supposed to improve service over all and you ate proving that is BS. Did your dog eat your homework when you were at school.
