    @tescomobile We were told that would be yesterday. But we have been told a lot. Like one person said you could change the delivery address and one couldn’t. One person told us to go talk to dpd. we’re told again to ring back this morning. And no told not till February. Great customer service.

    @tescomobile …I am an existing customer please could you explain why there is a deal on line which offers 30GB for £11 (12mths) if you have a clubcard but your call centre state it is only available on 24month contract?

    @tescomobile what a shocking online chat service you provide. Cancelled my deceased fathers contract 2 weeks ago and today his DD was taken. Called to confirm the contract is cancelled and they can’t access the account so have to call instead. Pointless service

    @tescomobile Turns out its your default DNS servers at fault, forced use of googles 8.8.8.8, once i did could get back online with no issues. Did a secondary test and rest back to default DNS and pack to pages not loading or timing out

    @VodafoneUK Pointless I’ve spoken to 10 different people @VodafoneUK And now I’ve left and gone to @tescomobile much better service just annoyed I’ve got to go to the hassle of changing everything attached to my number 😡

    @tescomobile tesco mobile chat is appallingly poor. I’m in a home from home country. Data switched off since 30/12/21. I landed on 29/12/21 it’s used my £30 buffer. Why have you done this. Maybe it’s time to change networks.

    @tescomobile @Tesco perhaps together you can help me? I have Clubcard plus, double data was with a number that has now left Tesco, would like to move it to a number you still supply. Feel like pass the parcel trying to get this done. Please help!!
