@tescomobile No service (anywhere) for over a week now. Trying to leave your network (after 7 years) yet getting no where with Customer Services. You continue to charge me for a service you're not providing!

  • MickGallacher2 Mick Gallacher (@MickGallacher2) reported

@tescomobile can you please help? I have a new phone from you, delivered last Thursday. As I wish to keep my current number, I have texted PORT to 23432 as requested. I have had no response at all. Can you please help me to transfer everything as quickly as possible? Thanks

  • KJDuursma KJ Duursma (@KJDuursma) reported

Any lawyers who can help us get the legalities of @tescomobile decision to do NOTHING after accidentally cancelling my wife's phone number? 12 days and counting. No issues with payments. They screwed up. We are sent from pillar to post. Now waiting "72 working hours" for support

  • LauraRMK Laura Kelly (@LauraRMK) reported

Please avoid @tescomobile at all costs!! The worst experience I've ever had with a phone provider. Not only is the coverage horrendous outside of Ireland but they have overcharged me by 150 euro and it has been a nightmare to try to get back. Still to no avail.

  • therealmike1976 The Real 5th Beatle (@therealmike1976) reported

@talkSPORT @tescomobile I hear Jim White, I turn off. Awful presenter.

  • adrosen65 Tony (@adrosen65) reported

@tescomobile No not a SIM problem - appears that all O2 and tescomobile internet services are not working in my area. I have escalated this through customer services. What I cannot understand is why there was no notification to me that the service was not operational. This is poor!

  • LiamFurr Liam Furr (@LiamFurr) reported

@tescomobile when are you guys going to sort out your very poor 4g signal in the CO14 area?? Your team have been fobbing me off with excuses about a local transmitter being 'worked on' since April. 1Mb/s download speed. Pathetic

  • 4horsefuture Really. (@4horsefuture) reported

@tescomobile @saramihalas An amazingly ambiguous hope and no help what so ever. Give timeline or its the usual misleading Comms.

  • steve3963 steve sommers (@steve3963) reported

@tescomobile Unfortunately 14 days isn’t long enough to test the area for decent signals. It’s not until you start to travel further afield or pop into town that you suddenly realise you keep losing the signal. Really takes the shine off my new phone.

  • Jon_Truscott Jon (@Jon_Truscott) reported

@nonee3 @tescomobile I lost all TM service from the 15th. Tesco Mobile store (within supermarket) said they'd seen a lot of connection issues recently but we're unable to solve. I'm leaving their network.
