fabio manetta (@fabiomanetta) reported@tescomobile this is not my complaint. I can only top up multiples of £5, instead of rounding up my balance to a multiple of 5 (£15,which is the cost of the bundle i want), so my balance is virtually useless. Shameful trick by tesco.

Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@tescomobile I've recently signed up as a business customer. Got phone and service started, only to find out now call forwarding isn't supported... This is essential for businesses, and something I've literally never come across not being available on any phone plan. Shocking.

Your operator told me to log onto the app, which my mum does not have, and she then hung up on me. WTH??
