William Hayden (@William15197371) reported@tescomobile Two weeks ago I inputted two ten pound vouchers. Into, 'Tesco' network. On checking, i find that that I don't have any credit left. I've only used 'Tesco' Internet for 'Twitter' & 'Facebook'. Hardly over usage of data.

Penny Evans (@MnSpenpal) reported@tescomobile Thanks. Even though I had to ask for £10 on the phone top up line. Customer care did alter my package from £10 to a £5 bundle, so I appreciate that! I just wasn't able to change it myself due to the system being down yesterday.
