@tescomobile Just got a letter from @O2 hiking my tariffs up a few days ago for no valid reason, just because they can so long as they tack a flimsy excuse onto it.. It's a disgrace, you are right. They treat anyone who's already a customer like garbage because they already 'have' us. :/

@tescomobile Yeah this is all meaning well and that but since you don't actually run an actual network, you piggy back off o2 you don't need to put the prices up because you aren't investing in the network.

@tescomobile Oh really! I'll be honest with you, it doesn't sound that way to me. I work in telecoms but not affiliated with any network but when I heard the advert, I was a little surprised and had to ask the question.

@schnuckster @mvonschantz I had a similar thought, as a @tescomobile customer on O2's dreadful network. Although the gradual disappearances of corded landlines might be more relevant.
