  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @SBarrettBar @Baronbigbucks @tescomobile I suspect you've already tried but for what it's worth its PAC followed by your birth date eg PAC DDMMYY to 65075. Sometimes authentication fails which needs tech support if the web portal doesn't allow PAC requests.

  @SBarrettBar @tescomobile The other side of the coin Steven is someone got my PAC number ,they managed to empty my bank accounts,used my Kraken account to convert the money into dollars ,fair play to Lloyds because I reported it immediately I was reimbursed 100% of my money. Identify theft is a problem.

  @tescomobile I’ve just told you - my mobile banking app is locked. I’m not interested I am totally disgusted. No I will not hide behind DMs. Your customer care is crap and the service ****. Plus I’ve just lost one hour of chargeable labour, for which I will be invoicing. You are in debt.

  @SBarrettBar @tescomobile I'm with tesco mobile and have been for years, i have never needed a pac code, surely though they can't keep it from you, don't you need it to switch companies.

  @tescomobile No I made an offer of payment you refused it. You sent me away. I’m not in a position to use an excuse line payment as explained in person and electronically. I offered cash you refused. No longer my problem.

  @tescomobile why can I not get signal anywhere now with my phone? My partner and parents are also experiencing the same with you. Literally SOS or one bar that then makes you sound like a robot no matter who you ring! What’s the point in paying for a contract when I can’t use it

  Sorry @tescomobile you have just lost my business. 36hrs to resolve an problem. Still unresolved. You have made many issues that other companies have. Transferring your call centres abroad. Is one. Changing all your telephone access numbers is 2 . I'm not a big customer.
