Anyone on @tescomobile or O2 tried to connect to local network in Madeira? If so, how did you do it please?

  • Adywebb Adrian Webb (@Adywebb) reported

@nickjenner101 @tescomobile The other networks have always increased prices mid-contract whereas Tesco Mobile have never done that. Most of their customers can still avoid price increases if they want, but I doubt you’ll ever see a £4.50 sim deal now tbh - hard to make any money out of it at that price

  • AndyHiggs1 Porrohman (@AndyHiggs1) reported

@tescomobile I took it into a Tesco near me, at the weekend, and the girl reset the network settings. I lost all my Bluetooth pairings and had to put all my WiFi passwords back in. 2 days later, no network connection. I have 2 sims in, an O2 and Tesco and it does it to both.

@tescomobile Hi thx for the reply, could you explain why my mum was told that It wouldn’t work in a 4g area by Tesco westhill Aberdeen. And also why it has taken over a month to transfer over a bereaved contract. Service has been nothing short of a disgrace

  • donziwonzi Donna R (@donziwonzi) reported

@tescomobile It was scanned at 289.99 when i questioned this I told rudely by the staff member to buy it online then. Perhaps the staff in store could do with some customer service training?

  • ChloeIndie Chloe Jade (@ChloeIndie) reported

@tescomobile 2 - I'm sick of having to keep sending my phone off and you guys won't do anything considering I bought it from you!!! Non existent customer service and will be getting a phone from someone else next time.

  • CommuniKaren Kazzdee (@CommuniKaren) reported

Mobile issues in Achill - service is down all day. @tescomobile @ThreeIreland can you please let us know when this will be resolved?

  • Dadgad0 Gary Crisp (@Dadgad0) reported

@tescomobile The 4G service on my phone is all but useless. This isn’t especially location dependent. Can you help please?

  • A1ex11oyd Alex Lloyd (@A1ex11oyd) reported

Terrible experience with @tescomobile after my 17 year old daughter's SIM card broke. 2 new SIMs posted over 2 week period and not arrived. Told the only option is to try posting a 3rd SIM via the same (clearly unreliable) method. Not happy. @tescomobile store equally unhelpful

  • OriginalJoycey Paul Joyce (@OriginalJoycey) reported

@GCsurv @O2 @tescomobile It’s worst if you have an iPhone too! Areas in town where you sound like a robot or under water…never experienced it with my Galaxy. Apparently too much data traffic…more users on network, no additional masts, no investment.
