    @BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile they sold me one for £6. All is well. But I am thinking of switching to another new phone. Same terms and conditions. Also when/if I do I will get a upgraded model and it will contain a new battery. Good luck with your complaint.

    @tescomobile absolutely rubbish customer care got phone 3 weeks go won't charge and the customer service guy was useless and was mumbling to some one else while I was on the phone said they call me in an hour now they are closed .sort this

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

    @Hepworthclare @EE I tried to get a new phone at @tescomobile yesterday- they no longer do data transfer for you. Will be taking my contract somewhere that does! Fed up of paying more, for less support.

    Frustrated? Unable to sign in to @tescomobile So upgraded over phone, only to be sent an email to confirm, which needs me to....sign in to tescomobile. Need phone by Friday
